One Eclipse Left…and counting

So, in the last update I said that “I hope you took a deep breath  whilst yr head was still above water because we are definitely going  under again…deep see-diving into the depth of our core-self to make some  final welds needed to fuse our two (polar) halves.”

How are you faring?

We did come up for a quick breath of air after integrating that noxious  lunar eclipse, but only for a hot second before the solstice energy  waves started to pull us under again.

This lunar eclipse was a doozy for many…in some cases it successfully  cracked open core blocks and forced us to take a solid look at our  foundations before we begin to build upon them. If your foundation was  slightly damaged, most likely you spent the last 7 days repairing it.   If the damage was severe or irreparable, you may have been suddenly  forced to begin again…to dig up the existing foundation and lay an  entirely new one.  If you are one who is experiencing the latter, no  worries…this is not a race.  Everything is always exactly as it should  be.

For all of us, the lunar eclipse provided a massive opportunity to  release some deeeeeeep feelings of lack/unworthiness…we were given the  chance to coddle those remaining loveless parts which, unfortunately  meant revisiting some dark places in our past so that we could  illuminate and reclaim those aspects of ourselves that we unknowingly  left behind.

In either case, this eclipse passage is serving two major and divine  purposes for us: the fusion of our higher and lower self thru our heart  center, and a disconnection from our sticky past.

“First, we would say this: You are no longer your human past. You are  no longer a descendent of your biological family, nor are you a member  of the 3d dimensional human family.  You are co-creators of the new  earth, descendants of the stars.  You are members of the 5th dimensional  human-galactic family, focused in this time and space continuum as  representatives of your true genetic origin. Your role now is to take  your final step into this truth.” -Seven Sisters of Pleiades

Bridge Builders Retire

In order for lightworkers, starseeds and indigos to function properly in  this world, a frequency ratio needed to be achieved so that the initial  activation for planetary ascension could be accomplished. This means  that most of us have not/never have been wired for 3d earth…which,  essentially is why we mostly feel tortured by it…but many of us needed  to incarnate in the lower dimensions for the purpose of weaving and  anchoring the unity grid (our home turf) into place to secure the  frequencies needed for us to thrive, as well as to provide a cushy  landing for the new (awakened) children arriving here.

The path-pavers are also the bridge builders…each with different roles  to play, but all with the same goal: to create access portals to the new  paradigm so that the opportunity to ascend to a 5th dimensional  consciousness exists for all who choose it.

Some of us were responsible for scouting out the proper geographic  (vortex) locations to build or resurrect these etheric bridges… others  were responsible for the (sacred geometric) design, architecture and  engineering…some were the scuba divers working beneath large bodies of  water, descending deep into the emotional undercurrent of the collective  consciousness to secure the bridge footings……some built the framework  and laid the roadways that connect one world to the next…some had the  job of redirecting mental traffic and finding alternative routes for the  conscious commuters…some worked in communications, raising awareness  about the new pathways, reporting progress to the public and keeping all  interested parties connected and in-the-know…some were the project  managers, overseeing the entire production with a hand in all of it,  while simultaneously lifting the morale needed to survive the vagueness  that surrounds the completion of a such a large construction plan.

Whatever your role was up until this point, if you were a path-paver,  you were forced to clear a massive space in your life (read:give it up)  so that you could partake in this monumental production. Now that the  frequency ratio has been met and the light has tipped in our favor,  these soul contracts have expired…which means for this group, the  grid-work is complete, the bridges have been built and are mostly ready  for the masses in 2012, give or take some finishing touches.  This also  means we can now shake off those lingering attachments to the old earth  once and for all and spend the remaining days of the 9th and final wave  of the Mayan Calendar (which ends on 10/28/11) recuperating from the  exhaustion of such labor intensive work and focus solely on our own  personal/biological needs.

Warts and All

The unseens have said to me many times that the second half of this year  is a “very physically focused one”, and while I am not completely sure  what that means yet, I am told that the solstice (6/21) was a pivotal  point with regard to our “physicality”.  The second half of this year,  we will be aligning our physical selves & lives with the spiritual,  mental and emotional bodies that we have been working with (clearing)  for the last several years…which can sound scary & painful thru  the filter of post traumatic stress that most of us are clearly  suffering from… but the seven sisters say that this part of the  ascension process is where the fun (?) begins because we get to create  from a clean slate, with our focus solely in the present, without our  goopy past continually derailing us.

And I guess that makes sense because we have been grounding so deeply  into present-moment awareness that the past is becoming a hazy dream and  the unknown of the future is becoming less-daunting by the minute.   This in-between space goes by many names: zero-point, still-point,  neutrality, presence, the now-moment, the space between thoughts, etc.  I  call this space “ijustdonthaveenufenergytocareanymore”.

Whatever you call it, when you’re here…you’re free.  This is the space  where you are truly willing to let it all hang out and be the authentic  you that you came here to be….warts and all.  Now’s a really good time  to ask yourself:  What do I still care about? Then let that go  too.  Because when you just.don’t.care.anymore, you finally get out of  your own way and let your heart lead…which is the whole point.  This is  the proverbial “empty vessel” that Mother/Father God is looking for to  fill us up with some of that love juice.

Spiritual Sweet-Spot

The sisters say that this eclipse portal is delivering us directly to  the space required to fully and completely Think With Our Hearts…which  is totally awesome because now I finally know what my website means.

The masculine/feminine merging process, aka ” sacred union” is the  marriage of the polarized divine forces of creation within the human  body. I call this “the spiritual sweet-spot”….where spirit meets matter,  where head meets heart, where ascension occurs, or as Death Cab for  Cutie says with such poetic lyricism…”Where Soul Meets Body”.

This unification process literally rewires the heart for new neural  activity which enables the heart center to become the primary control  center.  Yes, the heart really does think. Apparently my domain name is  not just some artlessly obvious cliché that Debbie Gibson adopted in the  90′s…its actually literal.  who knew

The high-heart is  l i t e r a l l y  wired to send and receive  intelligence in the same way the human-brain does, however, the nerve  center that is located within the thymus utilizes sensation for  communication, where the brain primarily uses thought.  An important  distinction for the new-human template: feel first, think later. Try  taking that into the board room….lol.

For many of us who have been on this train for a while, feeling-based  intelligence is old hat because it was literally all we had to go  by…it was our ONLY navigation system (well, unless you talk to dead  people like I do) and one we came here wired with so we could guide  ourselves thru the dark…and I mean d-a-r-k….but collectively, this  is a new directive for humanity, and one by which the beta-testers of  the new-human prototype will be first to fully embody.  The changeover  from brain-thinking to heart-thinking is literally the basis for a  new-human species… and one by which biologists will also soon  discover, according to the seven sisters.

“For those who carry the activated DNA, love will lead.  For those  who are still undergoing the changeover, love will be easier to attain.   For those who have yet to awaken, fear will be amplified until a higher  way is entertained.” -Seven Sisters

Karmic to Resonance Creation

The unseens would also like to remind those folk at the front of the  parade that, as of the solstice or the next solar eclipse…not sure  which, they all just blend together anyway… that you sleek 2.0′s are no  longer bound by the laws of 3d dimensional creation…which really  means  “you are no longer operating within the laws of cause and  effect”.  When we rise above polarization by healing the separation  between the lower (ego) self and the higher (divine) self, we change our  participation with the Law of Attraction.

Cause and effect is (karmic) creation thru a separated mindset, which  entails a process of polar energy exchange… whereas resonance creation  works directly with the Law of Oneness, and from a unified mindset.   The difference is in the application, much of which we will be learning  to master in the coming months.

Those who are no longer operating from a separated mindset are now  learning to create from a healed space of unity and this will require  new understanding, new application and new memory activations that are  now taking place within our cells.  Our cells have the memory of home  encoded within them…they are mini-computers of conscious intelligence  that carry the frequency quotient of our original divine blueprint and  they have been communicating with us and with each other to begin the  harmonization process required for unity creation…a process that ensures  our lower-self is working in harmony with our higher-self.

My take on that is: expect glitches.  Chances are we will turn a few princes into frogs until we can get the hang of this.

Techno Boom

Very randomly, the unseens would like to give us a quick heads up that  there are new and advanced technologies that are soon to infiltrate the  earth plane, compliments of the technically-yet-to-be-discovered-God-Particle.  Apparently, something is  about to burst forth and crack the entire foundation of human  understanding as it exists within the 3d paradigm… and from what I am  hearing, this will not bode well for many organized religions.  I could  be wrong, but the feeling I am getting is that whatever “this” is will  be much more impacting than the realization that Mary Magdalene was not a  whore.

“Be forewarned that there will be those who denounce these new  technologies in fear of religious partisanship.  The voices of these  collectives will rise to the surface to be heard by all, yet those who  vehemently object are those who reject any advancements that threaten  their understanding of God.  These upheavals are to be expected but we  assure you that those in favor of new technologies will far surpass the  furious few.” -Seven Sisters

Hop To It

“Lastly we would like to mention that the upcoming solar eclipse  (7/1) will be a beneficial time to thrust new ideas into the  collective.  There is a new energy arriving to support those on the  unity timeline and so we reiterate that the time is now to put your  ideas forth and begin to take action upon them.” -Seven Sisters

I am hearing that for the next three months, we will be wrapped in what  the seven sisters call “a protective cocoon of fast forward moving  energy” that will support many new projects, concepts and ideas here to  promote, sustain and support the new-human existence.

We are being called forth, individually and collectively, to physicalize  our dreams and its been made clear to me that there is no time left for  indecision or wavering.  In other words…what we have come to realize up to this point must now be fully accepted as truth. There is a shrinking space closing in and around us that is both a  buffer of protection from duality, as well as a field of greater  opportunity that must be used consciously. Bottom line: the unity realms  have requisites of soul-based integrity that must be met so be sure to  check any remaining fear/doubts at the door.

“The remaining months of this year are designed to put you in complete  control of your destinies.  To do this requires a fearlessness that only  you know if you have achieved.  If the thought of living an empowered,  self-sustainable life elicits fear in any way, those fears will be  addressed in an ongoing fashion until they are resolved.  You can feel  safe to release these fears  knowing that within each of you is an  innate intelligence so much grander than your human understanding, and  this intelligence is guiding you home.” -Seven Sisters

The Paradigm of Purposeful PLAY

Defusing Bombs

It’s been nearly a week since the first (solar) eclipse of the summer  celestial sandwich and that means we are officially off and running….in  circles. Well, spirals really.  For the next few weeks we will be  sprinting up the spiral staircase of (DNA) evolution at unprecedented  rates, running toward the embodiment of our soulular self. And just like  with any overexertion we can feel exhausted during these soul-jaunts,  so as always its important to temper that annoying balance between what  we want to be doing and what we actually feel capable of until our  bodies catch up. !@#^%$

Speaking of which, I hope you took a deep breath whilst yer head was  still above water because we are definitely going under again…deep  see-diving into the depth of our core-self to make some final welds  needed to fuse our two (polar) halves. And while my inner-petty Patty is  dying to talk about the foreboding formerly associated with any  eclipse, I will be all grownup instead and remind us all that the jolt  of drama, dread and fear are never required for us to embrace  change…that eclipses are powerful gifts of transformation and this one  in particular can provide us with a thorough release from our past if we  utilize our detached discipline to see everything that presents itself  from a multi-dimensional, zoomed-out, and neutralized perspective.

And it will be well worth the effort because the unseens say that this  solar/lunar support is the motor behind the release of our pain/fear  body, the first phase of embodiment that they mentioned in the last  update.  In reality, those already focused in a fifth dimensional way  have diffused so many internal (karmic) bombs, that even tho the buttons  may remain, they are mostly duds.  And if any buttons are still active,  you will know before we complete this journey because they will all be  tested…one by one…until we are reaction-less to all past wounds.

Navigating the Sandwich

“You are reclaiming each part of you that was separated or fragmented  and now you are able to embody and reflect all of that inner radiance  onto your outer world… in every sense of the word.” -Pleiadian High Council

The solar eclipse sandwich (lunar in the middle) is providing us with  what the Pleiadian High Council refer to as “a fusion of lower body and  higher body consciousness”…they also offer me an animated slideshow in  my minds eye of our lower chakras (1, 2 & 3) merging with our higher  chakras (5, 6, & 7) in the heart center (4) where we gain access to  all 13 chakras of the new galactic-human system.

Thru this powerful portal of transformation we are exploring/purging the  remaining polarity in our lives so that we can effectively utilize the  masculine and feminine forces for the reunification of earth matter with etheric matter, as the Pleiadians mentioned in the last update. This merging of the  spiritual and material…the awakening of unity consciousness…is happening  through our heart centers as well as the pituitary/pineal glands so if  you have been experiencing intense heartburn/nausea (heart opening),  pineal/pituitary activation (sacred marriage) symptoms…vertigo,  sleepiness, FATIGUE, disorientation, insomnia, deep sleeps, sinus  issues, headaches, sore/itchy scalp, watery/red/itchy/burning eyes,  changes in eyesight, etc…and/or digestion issues (root  clearing/grounding/cellular detoxification), most likely it’s related.

They are also sharing that the level of our personal integration of  these two bodies will be reflected to us in our outer world, thru our  inner-capacity to remain in tact during this passage…in other words, we  will know how integrated we are by our ability to forego the remains of  any fleeting illusion in lieu of eternal love.  Some things that may  surface during this transit…especially around the Lunar (emotion)  eclipse on 6/15…will be related to deep feelings of unworthiness…either  from past wounds of childhood or from the collective experiences of our  oversoul:

“We would also like to make it known that the parts of you that feel  unworthy will be rising to the surface for release…take not these  moments as replications of truth, but as serving contrast, a measurement  of how far you have come in the reconnection of your god-self.  These  moments will be brief, but will reflect to you where you feel unloved,  unaccepted, unworthy, unfulfilled, unappreciated, and so on…” -PHC

To utilize this eclipse period in a powerful way would be to embrace and  love all of our loveless parts…because if we do, if we can accept and  truly love all our uglies, we have the ability to really leave the past  behind…to break free from the self-judgement and inner-criticism that  keeps us small so that we can live and create with true emotional  freedom.

The council also mentioned that some resistance with regard to fears of  our power may bubble up to the surface this month.  In the past, the  expression of our greatness was either abused or detrimental to our  collective well-being in some way…and even tho this is no longer a  reality, we must first express these repressed fears so that we can heal  (love) and release them, which will ultimately enable us to fully  embrace our power as co-creators for the second half of this year.

“Now is the time to embody greatness, but first you will need to  bring forth, to release those parts of you that feel scorned by it…the  parts of you that, in the past, have been burned by your passionate  fire, blinded by your inner light.” -PHC

Higher Purpose

Right now, things feel pretty  eh and everyone around me seems drained.  Even my flowers seem tired.   During these integration periods when our energy is low, its pretty easy  to tap into feeling frustrated, irritable, pent-up, annoyed and with a  touch of cabin fever…especially here in the north where the increasing  sunshine of the coming summer months seems to only illuminate more  shadows…when a sunny day is just an obnoxious reminder of how little  vitality is available to enjoy it. But I digress.

There is also a stillness in the air, a passionless-ness, especially  with regard to our “purpose” or our contribution to this oceanic orb we  call earth. Old projects may seem stale and played-out, new ones dull  and uninspiring, and tho its all perfect, it’s still perplexing because  the higher part of us (our future self) feels the pull of readiness…of  right time/place to contribute something tangible…but our lower self is  still crapped-out on the couch.  In the bigger picture we are just  merging with a greater expression of purpose.

The unseens note that a major aspect of this sandwich…and the reason why  you may feel so disconnected…is to bring us into alignment with the  full extent of our soul’s plan, which of course means that we must  surrender any remaining ego-desires so that this plan can take hold  without our (lower-mind) interference.  This doesn’t necessarily mean  that we will have to throw out or disregard those things that we have  been working on/toward, we just need to give everything enough space to  fall into its rightful place.

We have to be beat up enough willing to let our ideas  around purpose breathe so that it can blossom into its full potential  whether that be a purpose that aligns with a career or not.  F L E X I B  L E   is the meat to this sandwich…which must be why Maroon 5′s Misery  lyrics keep playing on repeat in my head: “So scared of breaking it, you won’t let it bend.”  Speaking of Adam Levine…is anyone else digging “The Voice”? You don’t have to answer that.

The PHC is also making it clear that new opportunities are arriving  and/or solidifying in the physical dimensions now….most are still  swimming in the mental plane in the form of ideas, but are beginning to  take hold in group collectives as we are drawn toward each other to  co-create. These opportunities are not only the pillars for the new  world systems…those new reality structures that solidify the  foundation to the planets extreme earth makeover…but they will also  serve as portals of abundance that so many of us require to move to the  next level.

The key to these opportunities, they say, is in our willingness to  recognize them as the gifts that they are, which mostly means letting go of what we thought we would be doing to allow for what we are really here to do. (HINT: these opportunities may be disguised as something that seems  too effortless, too simple, too much fun to be of value…so keep your  mind and options open!)

Paradigm of Purposeful PLAY

“What we would like for you to realize most thru this spectacular  summer event is that your only purpose is to breed joy.  Your mission  has always been to first, rise up to meet joy, to embody joy, and  finally, to find ways to embrace and engage those things that bring you  ultimate joy.” -PHC

I realize how cliche those lyrical Pleiadian prose sound, but its  important to understand the perspective shift that we must undergo in  order to truly utilize the 5D energies and  enlightened technologies  that are now available for us to play with.

Most of us (starseeds) came to this 3d dimensional earth plane from  other worlds, other dimensions, other constellations and galaxies, each  with different “jobs” to do for the planet while making our personal and  painstaking climb thru the dense dimensions of the lower form world to  arrive at our destination vibration. What the PHC want us to realize now  is that we are no longer serving the greater plan from this 3D mindset.

We are beginning to operate within an integrated head/heart paradigm  which requires a shift in perspective with regard to how we value  ourselves. This 5th dimensional way of being asks us to answer a very  important question, one that determines our readiness to lead:

Is who you are enough?

(And while I would love to take the credit for that poignant question, it was actually my sister Kim who nailed it in a recent blog article…one  that has been ringing in my ears ever since.)  We are now moving beyond  the frequency shield of 3D which means we are required to leave behind  the need to “DO” in order to feel valued.  We are entering into the  harmonious state of existence where all doing comes from a place of WANT  TO and not HAVE TO.  A subtle, but profound shift.

As we come to terms with how we truly value ourselves and consciously  release the heaviness of obligation and feelings of unworthiness (with  the help of the upcoming Lunar eclipse) we will become much lighter and  enter more fully into what I like to call the “paradigm of purposeful  PLAY”…where our passion, purpose and potential will be a direct  reflection of our true LIGHTness of being…because ultimately, if we  are not en-joy-ing ourselves, we are not whole-HEARTedly contributing to  the new timeline where “work” does not exist.

The value of purpose as something we “DO” is a necessary construct in a  separated mindset (duality) because it provides us with the ability to  project our worthiness onto an external “thing” in order to know it, to  see it, to feel it. In the lower dimensions it is useful to project our  perceived value onto the canvas of our lives so that we can recognize it  and reabsorb, or integrate it…but now that we are becoming  soul-infused, co-creation becomes about PLAY, about expressing our  uniqueness in all that we do simply by being who we are and doing  everything and only that which brings us joy.

“Are you starting to digest the enormity of this?” -PHC

The unseens reiterate that at the highest level, the purpose of a  soul incarnate experience is to realize itself in form and to express  its uniqueness through that which elicits joy. Our self-promoted  purpose, or new J-O-B is to learn how to effectuate change by living  freely & playfully as incarnated masters of light by reclaiming our  birthright to simply exist and create.  There is no longer any  separation between who we are and what we do.  Who we are IS what we do  now, and as we become a living authentic, empowered expression of self,  we simultaneously shift from (3D) human DOings to the (5D) human BEings  we were always meant to BE!

I don’t know any greater freedom than that.

Keeping Our Flame Lit

“We reiterate that you are only required to follow the inner guide  within each of you that is coming forth now to serve you fully.  To  bring you into an ecstatic state of alignment, an inner harmony that  brings heaven to earth.” -Pleiadian High Council

Lastly, the unseens are saying that partly due to this potent eclipse  passage and partly due to the upcoming solstice, that we are approaching  a level of stabilization that results from moving beyond the 3D  frequency field and that enables us to keep our inner flame lit at all  times.  As we do, we will not only begin to attract the light in others  but we will have the ability to alter the dynamic of every situation by  harmonizing our energy with those around us thru the radiance of pure  love. We are becoming the dominant force of light and those days when we  felt outnumbered…dominated by darkness…are over.

There is also a coming a shift in our relationships that will be  palpable…relationships of all kinds will begin to restructure and align  with the new frequencies which means some will simply fall away and  others will be more drawn to us, while some just seem to click into  place.  The unseens say that the switch will be effortless, but  noticeable and that no choices need to be made here…the choices will  be made for us by resonance and universal law.

“This is a momentous time in history, and you are undergoing radical  changes, so be resolute in your determination to see yourself thru.  Be  at peace with the coming portals,  overjoyed with your success, and  remain in child-like anticipation of whats to come…eager for the  opportunity to step fully into you.

The Energies of June

Hasn’t it been an interesting year so far? And it has gone by quickly, as we are now entering the sixth month of 2011 and are only six months away from the beginning of 2012. So far this year we’ve seen unprecedented demands for social and political reform, unusual weather that includes some of the most devastating storms in a century, and the revelation of financial and political misdeeds that will continue for the rest of this year. And that’s just what is happening in the world, much more is happening with in our own lives. What’s going to happen next?

June is going to be an exciting month with three eclipses, starting June 1 and the Solstice June 21. Whenever a month begins with an eclipse we can expect powerful transformation. The June 1 eclipse is in Gemini, a sign that rules communication-expect some revelations about the media industry and demands for change. The eclipse of June 17 conjuncts the Galactic Center, the powerful midpoint of our galaxy, the unfolding center of our galaxy. The July 1 eclipse aspects Pluto, which is creating the kind of social and political disruption last seen in the 1770s, its previous transit through Capricorn, inspired by our new energies, self awareness and desire for connection. And we have the Solstice on June 21, bringing in powerful, extreme emotional energies. There is no more middle of the road, we must choose our path.

We are being pushed to being in integrity with ourselves and each other, recognizing our connection as the family of humanity. We may feel challenged on every level as we strive to assert our truth but that is because we feel we have to create, move and carry the energy and light of transformation. What if we assert our truth without the fear that challenges will be present at every turn? What if we just assume that we already are what we wish to become and powerfully assert our desires within the context of that knowing? Can we remember that we work with the Universe as co-creators? Are we going to live our lives in fear or in our truth? We can always find something to be afraid of but if we refuse to be in fear, then fear has nothing to connect to and it simply goes away.

That is a big choice for all of us as we enter this powerful month. We can be our pain or our power, our truth or in denial. We can try to fight the darkness or remember that it also has a place in the grand scheme of ascension. The beautiful stars we see in the night sky still shine in the daytime, we just can’t see them because of the light of the sun. What beauty lies within our darkness that the light can reveal? We are spiritual warriors but our weapon is not the sword, it is our truth, our faith, our knowing and our commitment to the light. What can you transform in your life to be more powerful? What can you transform within yourself to release your fears? June will bring opportunities to express your truth and when you take them, you allow the light to be your sword that will reveal your path through the darkness and into a higher and greater truth

The Phases of Embodiment

Crunch Time

With only 9 days left in May and while slowly being sucked into another  famed eclipse sandwich (Solar Eclipse on 6/1, Lunar Eclipse on 6/15,  followed by another Solar Eclipse on 7/1), we are officially in what I  would call, crunch time. There is that familiar manic feeling of “so  much to accomplish, so little time/energy” encircling us, in addition to  some conflicting feelings arising about where this journey is actually  taking us and what the collective cosmic shitstorm has really been  about.

In the last couple days, right when the moon entered practical  Capricorn, it felt like we prematurely bore a hole through our cozy  cocoons and fell flat to the earth.  This was/is a very sobering  experience, one that is really grounding out any possible delusions or  escapisms we may have bought into along the way as well as providing us  with a much-needed backdrop of practical sensibility before we get  vacuumed up into that wormhole.

I, for one, am grateful for the sobriety because it clears some  long-standing confusion about whats real…but, that being said, it can  also be difficult to grasp the higher-dimensional concepts from this  grounded space which can bring up deep layers of self-doubt, leaving us  feeling unsure/insecure about not only our next steps, but about the  entire journey we took to get here. The unseens say we are just joining  worlds…connecting the spiritual realm to the physical one and  integrating a more visceral-based understanding of that, which in the  interim can feel both real, and surreal at the same time.  In other  words, our physical bodies are coming to understand what our minds have  known for years.

On one hand, we are about to jump, face first, into completely unknown  territory…territory that forces us to remain conscious and utilize our  meticulously-honed skills in mastery…but on the other hand, we are being  sorely tested in faith of our absolute truth so that we can release any  remaining limitations about what we feel is possible.  This process  varies for all, but one thing is true for every one of us…where we end  up on the other side of all this will be a direct result of how fearless  we dare to be right now.

This means that we have literally been dredging up the putrefied (e)goo  at the bottom of our human-made containers…scraping down the sides of  remaining karmic residue, which also means our uglies have been visiting  again and definitely wearing their welcome out.  And not just the usual  uglies, but those sticky shadow parts of ourselves that we secretly  thought we could get away with ignoring, or that were so deeply embedded  that we couldn’t even see them until now.  Yes, for just a bit longer,  we get to play in the (fun) house of mirrors, clearly seeing the  multiple ways in which we are still polarizing ourselves by projecting,  reflecting and exposing our remaining loveless parts onto each other.  And a good thing too cuz I always look forward to acknowledging yet  another part of me that sucks.

Speaking of things that suck… we have had to work really hard  these last few weeks to lay down our egoo. As with any toxic  relationship, no matter how icky ugly feels we have a tendency to fight  for its survival because the pull to resort to the familiar is so  strong, so in’toxic’ating, that we find it nearly impossible to refuse  its lure. The hilarious part? That everybody thinks that everybody  else’s ugly is uglier than theirs…when in duality, the only ugly we  can see is our own. There is definitely a movie wanting to be made in  there.

The external manifestations of these recent excavations may be showing  up in multiple ways, like in the ability to finally clean out and  organize that intimidating part of the basement, garage, or attic you’ve  been dreading since prom.  Or maybe in something as simple as filing  away your taxes from last year, cleaning out your email cache, sorting  thru your itunes library, or finishing up those lingering projects that  have been torturing you since the harmonic convergence.  Whatever form  it takes…all.menacing. goo.must. go.  And that means all things tied  to the goo too.

The Embodiment Stage

In the last energy update, the Seven Sisters of Pleiades mentioned to me  that the middle of this month was a massive transition point and now  they add that we are in the process of crossing over to a higher  dimensional speedway of cosmic intelligence…one that runs parallel to  the lower dimensional highway of dross, but (luckily) does not intersect  it.

They are calling this next step on our journey the embodiment stage, the  phase of ascension that releases us from the old blueprint (perception)  of service and transports us to the new/true/original/sacred/divine  blueprint of co-creation.  This new-human blueprint is activated in  those who have neutralized polarities thru the merging of sacred  masculine/feminine forces, expanded their energy centers (chakras) thru  the clearing of karmic miasms and…once these templates are embodied by  the forerunners…the potential will then be available for all of  humanity.

If its helpful, think of these awakened and activated souls all over the  planet as acupuncture needles that pierce the intersecting points of  earth’s meridians to restore the vital flow of universal chi.  As these  beings physically “light-up”, they fire these scalar energies into the  life, blood and body of this planet, energizing the human collective  with the zero-point field of grace. This is not to say that everyone is  prepared to accept these energies into their lives and bodies…but that  the potential to tune into this grid is now stronger than ever for  those who choose it.

Transfiguration

The Seven Sisters reiterate that the second half of this year is very  physically focused…that the tender shoots of our new lives are breaking  thru the freshly tilled soil that we painstakingly overturned during the  month of April, lives that we will grow into the way a seedling grows  into a fruit bearing plant….in phases.  More specifically, they mention  three distinct phases….

“The next steps toward the physical expression of divinity include: the  release of the pain/fear-body, the realization of the divine body, and  the reunification of earth matter with etheric matter…”

We know that in order to unify spirit and matter, we have to first  become the purified vessel by which divine energy can flow thru.   Ultimately, we have to raise our physical vibration to match the  vibration of our spirit body so that the two can become one  vehicle…which means that we must be cleared of all discordance, to the  absolute point of non-resistance, so that the divine body (blueprint)  can freely manifest in physical form.

What the unseens want for us to understand is that the physical  apparatus (the biology suit) that houses the spirit body is actually as  malleable and adaptable to change (mutation) as the spiritual body  itself, however it is residing in the lower dimensions and is therefore  governed by space and time. (Read: slowwwwww)  So even tho Jesus Christ  liquified into his plasmic lightbody in three days (???), down here in  the trenches…where we will continue to don these fat flesh suits…we have to abide by the laws of physicality.

So, the spirit body…which is a replica of the physical body, but in its  complete perfection…consists of etheric matter and is therefore a  malleable substance that forms the template for materialization.  What  is happening during this passage is that our physical (divine) blueprint  of perfection is meeting the human-made (egoo) blueprint and the two  are merging into one.

I’m told that this unification, or merging process happens in the space  between cells first so that the cells are surrounded with the higher  charge/intelligence of our spirit (light) body and eventually our cells  begin to take on, or mutate to align with the higher vibrating source.   **This is the law of resonance in action…a process by which a higher  vibrating body of energy will automatically cause a lower vibrating body  of energy to match or align with its frequency…think: tuning fork.

The cells then undergo what the unseens call a tightening process…they call it a tightening because for a long period of time we  needed to inhabit two blueprints simultaneously…the human and the divine  blueprint (which, of course explains all that eating for two). Both  sets of plans are apparently in place so we can smoothly make the  transition from one body to the next and as we do, we lose those extra 30 lbs the space that existed between cells begins to “tighten” up as the templates merge.

This process is actually more of a dissolution in the sense that we are  dissolving a version of ourselves that is outworn, while simultaneously  morphing into a spiritual adult…where the egoo identity  (masculine/matter) and divine identity (feminine/antimatter) merge into  sacred union.

The Phases

The unseens also want to make it clear that this process does not happen  overnight (nor would we want it to), but in a series of sequential  unfoldments, that repeat themselves and that have already begun.

“The remaining months of this year will enable you to temper a  balance between the old world and new, it will be a transition of epic  proportion and we assure you that you would not want to rush this  process.” -Seven Sisters

The first phase that they refer to as “the release of the pain/fear  body” is the first step in the emergence process and begins with an  internal expansion:

“As the old template is released or dissolved…and this is happening  now for the first wave of souls to embody the christed-human  template…the spiritual body will first begin to expand within the  physical vessel. “

As these energies begin to flood the body and our focus is on the  radiance of love, it can literally feel like being plugged into an  electrical outlet…you may feel very “charged”, like every cell of your  body is alive and vibrating…hyper-sensitive, like wearing your nerves on  the outside of your body…amped up, dizzy, jumpy, with shortness of  breath, fluctuating body temperature/night sweats, irregular heartbeats  and/or erratic sleep patterns. These symptoms can be off-putting,  especially if they come on suddenly, but know that they are just another  delightful part of the process.  If the charge becomes uncomfortable or  overwhelming, stretching, walking, breathing and even salt baths can  help a great deal.

Likewise, we may also experience these waves of energy as bliss that  undulate throughout the central nervous system…these purifying  (kundalini) energies are at work to release all remaining density  trapped within the body. As well, the body has created new systems based  on the intelligence contained within each strand of activated DNA and  the energy vortices (chakras) that enliven and govern each center are  opening more to sustain these systems. (interesting that the feelings  associated with the prophesied “rapture” are: bliss, euphoria,freedom,  joy, spiritual ecstasy, etc. hmmmm)

The second phase which they call “the realization of our divine body” is  when the soul begins to experience itself in human form…as if for the  first time.  The term “reborn” applies here.  This is an integration  phase which enables us to ground into/fully occupy our bodies and is  required so that our crystallizing template can solidify in form. Thru  this period of integration we enable our connection to earth to fortify  so that we can stabilize ourselves as we become one with the cosmic  heartbeat.

Once the integration period is complete we begin to physically embody  the changes set forth by our divine blueprint.  This is the phase where  “spirit and matter are working as one”…where we embody the physical  essence of our spiritual form.

During this phase we will also experience what the Seven Sisters call a  “quickening”. Kind of like  “moment of truth”, when a pregnant woman  feels the fetus move for the first time…the Sisters also loosely  describe this spiritual quickening as “the moment of truth”, as in the bestowal of grace…a  term they use to identity the process that follows the unification of  sacred energies… an inflow of divine vitality into the body.

“Your earthly bodies will begin to take on a new radiance, a new way  of being that will phase in and out incrementally.  You will recognize  the new energies and then they will seem to fade away as your body  adjusts to contain them in a series of in-breaths and out-breaths, and  as you enter further and further into divine union with your soul.  Each  phase will have an energy, a distinct essence that you will want to  experience fully.  Take not these words as an indication of suffering,  but as an indication of true liberation.” -Seven Sisters

Human 2.0-christed edition

Ouch

If your head feels like lead, your heart is on fire, and your body is a  mockery of a marshmallow…then welcome to the full integration of  head-heart-body.

If I may still indulge in polarity for a moment, I have what feels like  very good news and very bad news.  The good news is that I have been  told that this month is the month that the frontrunners of new-human  consciousness complete the upgrade to the new-human prototype, the final  transformation into mind/body/soul integrated existence.

The bad news is that I think its going to hurt like hell.

I definitely hope I’m wrong here, but the pains of labor have been  p-r-e-t-t-y intense since May began and it doesn’t feel as though it  will let up anytime soon.  The unseens say otherwise…that the middle of  May will bring some reprieve…tho they also admit that this month will  be a very “physically focused” one.  This is what I heard: every  single cell of your played-out bodies will continue, unremittingly, to  throb in the writhing pain of cellular mutation.  Until forever.

Physical Integration

“What we would like to bring forth out of all of this is the  realization that those who are on the path to oneness have arrived at a  deep place of physical integration, a crosspoint in all intersecting  layers of perceptual reality that are now woven into the cellular  tapestry of the new human form.” -Seven Sisters

If April was a month of reassessing, redirecting and resetting, then May  is a month of integrating, mutating and morphing. During the last  several weeks, all those parts of ourselves that needed to be reclaimed  were revealed to each of us (in mostly odious ways) during that never  ending Mercury retrograde cycle. Mercury is finally leaving its shadow  station, and we are coming out of a very long and productive inward  phase where we released & cleared lifetimes of human/genetic karmic  debris… however, with so much growth in such a short period of time,  our cells still need the time/space to shift and align with our new  level awareness.

Because of all the inner-work we completed last month we are  experiencing a profound deepening..an unmistakable soul recognition is  taking place, a growing awareness of home that is filling every cell of  our bodies.  Literally.

Right now we are adjusting and releasing another round of remaining  density so as to align with the harmonious energies of the new-human  form, and it does NOT feel good, but as we continue to come into  alignment with the vibration of our complete, purified, core selves, our  bodies will adjust and release, adjust and release, and the end result  will be a perfected physical vessel…the physical representation of our  divine-human blueprint.

“Mid-May will provide you with forward moving momentum, the key will   be in how well your body is able to assimilate these energies.  If you   are hanging on to unresolved issues from the past, forward movement  will  be halted to the extent that you are willing to let go.  The  physical  symptoms of mutation may continue to plague you, but only  until you are  fully released from the past, firmly situated in the  present, and  focused on moving into the future.  Trust in your body’s  intelligence and it will show you the way home.” -Seven Sisters

New-Human Health

“If we had to define health in the new human form, we would say this:  harmony.  Rather, we would change the word health to harmony.” -Seven Sisters

No doubt we are in a nasty funk…we have been knocked down for weeks with  symptoms, and tired in ways that mimic the beginning of our journeys.   This deep fatigue is present in every tissue, organ, muscle and bone of  our bodies…even our blood is tired….but up until now, none of it has  made any cognitive sense.

The unseens say that all of this is because we are literally changing  physical form and our bodies are using all of our vitality to morph…that  we are emerging from our proverbial cocoons.  Tho the butterfly analogy  is relentlessly overused, it is also very poignant in the sense that we  are actually changing from one physical expression to another, from the  inside out….and just like the butterfly, our release from restriction  is timed with the greater cycles of creation.  (groovy butterfly  metamorphosis vid HERE…should make you feel right at home)

Whenever we go thru these intense periods of physical transformation,  its important to remember the magnitude of change we are  undergoing….that the transition we are morphing thru is not an  incremental (linear) healing that is taking place as in old-paradigm  holistic constructs where we “peel back the layers of the onion” to  reveal our core.  Contrary to that, biological ascension (reconnection)  requires that we access our core selves first, in order to effectuate  true and lasting change on every level of our being and in every area of  our lives.

This is also why, for those on the ascension path, no individual healing  modality can take us to full symptom cure…not only because these  modalities are external, but because true health is not established thru  healing, but thru remembering…aligning with…our divine state of  wellness.  The difference is in the focus.

In other words, the ascension process does not bring us from bad to  better (linear), but from from limitation to freedom (quantum).  The  result is in the lasting effects, but the process is WAY more  comprehensive…which is ultimately why the starseed warriors were  designed to go first…so all you freakishly courageous souls could fully  display the results of such self-inflicted torture.

This fiercely independent group stepped up as the biological  beta-testers for the new-human prototype and now these groups are  finally (tho slowly) coming out of the beta (metamorphic) phase and are  soon to be fully functional 2.0′s as we near the end of the massive  inner-journey and embark upon the final phase of our physical transition  to the “other side”.  (NOTE**Keep in mind that tho we are emerging, our  wings still need time to harden before we can take flight, so patience  is still required.)

The unseens have always said that physical health would be the last to  arrive, but they are making it clear that this will not be health like  we have ever known before. Health is such a broad topic that perspective  matters here, but they really want us to “get it”, that this state of  completeness is far superior to physical well being.  They describe new  human health as “an amalgamation of circular patterns of  bliss…heightened, creative energies that flow uninterrupted and are  interconnected, yet independent of each other…energies that transmit  and communicate to each other in a harmonic and effortless way, free of  the separation-based discordance that breaks the flow of vital life  force in lower dimensional consciousness.”

They also share that the human 2.0 christed-edition will be malleable,  spontaneous, self-contained and light in its movement…they call this the  “ultimate state of physical existence” and one that will require less  maintenance than the older (3d) model. ohthankgawd.

Because the new-human form works with crystalline magnetics in the fluid  form fields, we will be tapping into a new circuitry board, one that is  built into the new  grid and contains the codes required for our  physical participation with conscious co-creation.

With the upgrades complete, our ability to adapt to energy will  apparently be remarkable and our new-human vessel will enable us to not  only feel good…novel concept…but to navigate ourselves strictly on  the new earth (crystalline) grid, which exists all around us now,  pulsating with pure potential and while waiting to express its infinite  intelligence thru our shiny new stellar bods.

From Service to Creation

“One further point that we would like to make with regard to this  life-changing transition is that each of you are fully in control of  your destinies now.  It is no longer a place of coming together to  create for the good of mankind, to fix what’s broken, but a place of  coming together to create from deep passion, from the unrelenting desire  to make manifest your YOUnique contribution to the planet thru the pure  reflection of your soulular self.”

We are finally at a place of fully expressing our divinity in a way that  expires our old (clearing) contracts and deeply embedded programming  that we are here to “save the world“.  There is no saving or  service required any longer….we are simply here now to share the part of  ourselves that will, by default,  uplift others.  The shift is  important here because when work from a place of “saving”, we are  holding on to the very paradigm that we are now breaking free from.   NoCanDo.

The unseens want us to deeply understand that the new-earth pioneers are shifting from service to creation, which is a completely different energy construct.

Any need, desire or impulse to “save” the falling world comes from a  polarized mind, lends energy to chaos, keeps us attached to the outworn  and therefore restricted from our ability to create on the new timeline.  Remember those words of one famous Albert Einstein…“Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them”?   It applies here.  As the outside world continues to spiral into chaos  it is imperative that we push thru to a higher level of thinking by  remembering that lasting change only comes when we transcend the  energies that created it.

We are here now to create a new way, to create a new world… to use  inspiration as our weapon and love as our shield.  And there is no  turning back.

“Know that your contribution to the world is nothing more or less  than what sets you on fire…it is the reflective radiance of the sun’s  creative potential within each of you, the core center of your embodied  power to create, and for all to benefit from.” -Seven Sisters

Dance with the Divine

“Understand this…there is no longer a gap between who you are and who you want to be.” -Seven Sisters

So the past and the future are merging and we are beginning to operate  from still-point, where the universal elixir of creation resides.  Its  an odd sensation really, like we are no longer participating in our  lives, but with them.  And nothing outside of the moment can hold our  attention for very long.   Accessing anything outside of the present is  growing in futility which means we are no longer operating from a place  of what will be, but what is….and as well, we are shifting from the  mental understanding of ascended living to the sensation-based  experience of it.  This has yet to sink into our full-body awareness,  but it will.

As a result of this merging, we are no longer those beings who are here  to teach thru information alone…we are here now to teach thru the  integrated, embodied understanding that can only be achieved thru first  hand experience, and is wholly contingent upon our ability to create our  inspired visions on the blank canvas that is now laid before us. When  we do this effectively, the universal forces of creation come rushing to  meet us…not because we have summonsed the force, but because we have  become the force. As we merge with these forces of creation thru the  sheer magnitude of our presence, we become one with the flow of divinity  thru sacred union…and as these energies move us to act, to create, to  speak, to dance, to sing, to love…all in perfect allowing…only then  we will understand the true meaning of co-creation.

This sacred dance works thru mathematics and geometry…which I will  probably delve deeper into thru future writings… but for now, know  that these sacred sciences are fully at play.  In the past,  separation-creation was a combination of sacred science mixed with human  will and using universal hologram technology (3d matrix) specifically  designed for this interplay.  But now, in the fluid fields of morphic  resonance, the power of these sacred sciences are pure and  instantaneous.

“Those in the collaborative cosmic dance with the divine will be  presented with opportunities to take part in the creation of new earth.   You are the builders, the planners, and the architects of an ascended  earth.  We wish for each of you to grasp the enormity of your  contribution thus far and especially as you step forth to apply your  creative, sculpted vision into the world at large.  You hold dominion  over the new earth…you are the fiercest of warriors, the pioneers, and  therefore the guardians of Eden.”

Bridge Portals

The new-human (crystalline) prototype that the warrior brigade is  beginning to embody is designed to work/communicate strictly with the  intelligence of the new (crystalline) grid …without participating in the  old world dynamics…which is why it is so essential that this group no  longer attach to the falling world.  This also means that the  interconnecting points of old-world versus new world (sacred living)  will be fully protected by vortices, or forcefields of energy so as to  secure the portals to new earth dwelling spaces from those who are not  yet fully reconnected and operating from a place of pure heart  resonance.

This is not a separation based tactic, per se, but rather a safeguarding  of sacred creation as well as forces of protection for those who are  not yet prepared to handle such high frequencies. These interconnected  grid points will serve as the bridge portals for souls to walk over,  both for souls who have ascended into triality consciousness to access  duality, and for those ascending duality consciousness to access  triality.

These portals will serve as anchors of higher dimensional energy for the  dismantling world and offer healing to those who feel called to serve.   It will be up to those who have entered fully into triality (christ)  consciousness to act as the gatekeepers and to work with these sacred  portals in a way that will support the new-human and the new-earth.

For those of you who are already participating with these sacred portals  between dimensions you will be coming together with many more to  broadcast these energies in physical locations that support the  bio-energy dynamics required to uplift humanity to a sacred level of  coexistence. More on this to come…

World Without Limits

One morning a couple weeks ago I heard these words ringing in my head…“Are you REALLY ready to be, do and have it all?” 

In the past when I heard those words, they scared me….it felt too far  away and too overwhelming to grasp.  But this time I remember thinking  that I don’t even know what that means anymore…that I am so beat up far removed from any concept of wanting that there was suddenly no context for that question.

Right after I formed that thought in my head, I heard…”Well then, congratulations is definitely in order.”

Which inspired me share, with kind permission, this crystal clear analogy from an email I received from a reader:

“I feel like Janus at the portal, with the ability to see into both worlds.

The old world I feel so intensely because it feels more and more  repulsive in the strictest sense of that word.  I find myself looking at  things and going, “I remember that” and yet it’s something that the  masses are still up to and yet it feels like eons ago to me, like  remembering something from childhood that went out of style and is no  longer around but you might see in an antique store or something.

And the new is so very exciting.  It feels so appropriate that it is  springtime now as that goes with this feeling, this anticipation of  something wonderful unfolding, with little hints and evidence here and  there.  And yet what is so strangely prickly about the new that is  coming is not knowing what to expect and not in the typical “can’t know  the future” kind of way but in more of a ‘So, just what does one wish  for when there are no limits?’ “

Transformation Upgrade

Peace & blessings!

Over the next few weeks, the celestial sky is showering us with a show  stopping production intended to speed up the raising of our individual  & collective consciousness many fold. This extraordinary display is  manifesting itself with triple eclipses beginning on June 1st with a  Solar Eclipse, which is an excellent time to reaffirm our highest  visions to the Universe. Then on June 15th the sky blesses us with a  full moon Lunar Eclipse which has the gift of bringing to the surface  most of the out-dated energies we’ve been holding on to deep within  ourselves that no longer serves our greatest good.  The third Solar  Eclipse will grace us with its presence on July 1st setting the solid  foundation for the new heart-centered world to make itself known in our  physical realm these coming months ahead. And if all of this wasn’t  enough, the combination of the current solar activity along with the  upcoming triple eclipses, and the June 21st Solstice together are  setting the stage for one heck of a shift!

What does this all mean in simplified terms? It means that each of our  personal (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) & collective  transformation process will receive a major boost. It means the  expansion that we experience in the next months will be equivalent to  the expansion that ‘once upon a time’ used to take years to manifest  itself in our lives. There’s no holding us back now!

Some of the physical symptoms we are experiencing right now as a direct  result of the heightened energies may be showing up as waking up in the  morning and our body feeling exhausted as if we just exercised,  migraines, anxiety (nervous system being upgraded), shifts in digestive  system, sensitivity to certain foods, craving more sugary foods in diet,  overactive thinking, more emotional & reactive, general fatigue,  skin issues, vivid dreams, hot/cold sweats, and procrastination. These  symptoms are indicators that our physical and emotional bodies are  integrating with a new higher vibration.  All that is asked of us is to  just be super gentle on ourselves and not to try force or control any  aspect of what’s going on. The purpose of sharing these symptoms is not  so that we wallow in them as victims, it’s to empower us with the  understanding that it’s completely normal. This knowingness allows us to  accept and recognize these experiences as blessings and part of our  current process which creates a space for us to shift our attention back  to the areas of our lives that already feel good.

A Higher State of Being

Shortly after the conclusion of the final eclipse, many of us will feel  like a completely new person. Similar to when the caterpillar becomes a  butterfly, we will feel completely re-invigorated and more alive than we  have in years. This metamorphosis will upgrade our ability to express  compassion, love, gratitude, acceptance with more ease. It will feel  more natural to operate from this higher state of being.

An Epic Turning Point

In the past, many of us felt we had to ‘work’ extremely hard to maintain  a space of compassion, non-judgment, and love. It just didn’t feel like  second nature yet. The concept of ‘Oneness’ probably felt like New Age  lingo to us that didn’t register as even being a reality in our  experience. Much of this happened due to the conditioning passed down  generation after generation with the prime focus being mainly on  survival.

Gradually, things began to shift and we began to think outside of the  box. We began to go within ourselves to release, release, and release  some more of those programs that kept us in a state of separation. So,  we became resilient in our pursuit of remembering who we really were. No  matter how challenging it seemed, we consciously chose to move into a  space of compassion, neutrality, and love with all of our surroundings.  Often we would feel tested, and found ourselves back in those energies  of separation. Many of us would get more upset with ourselves for being  in a space of separation, than with the actual experience that triggered  us back there. And the cycle would continue back and forth becoming  progressively easier to move out of it each time.

And now, we are here. An epic turning point, where soon if not already,  it will become second nature for us to operate from our highest selves.  It will feel easy and natural to love, accept, and have compassion  towards ourselves, others, and the world. In fact, it’s already  beginning to feel more difficult to operate from energies of separation.  It will become more and more of a distant memory, and if we ever find  ourselves back in this space, it will be much easier for us to move out  of without judging ourselves through the process.

Releasing the Facade

A dominant part of our collective conditioning up until now has been so  much about pleasing others in order to fit in or to be liked. The core  root of this conditioning stems from a deep desire to be validated. Many  of us searched outside of ourselves for validation to find self worth.  We began measuring our self worth with how much we accomplished in life  or how much we amassed. Unfortunately this kind of validation is only  temporary: The truth is, when we realize we are worthy simply because we  were born, we no longer look outside of ourselves for validation and  approval. We know that because the Universe itself is absolute  perfection, each one of us  as physical extensions of that Universe that  created us are also perfect which makes us worthy. When we release the  facade that we are anything less than worthy, we reclaim our Divine  Power by no longer looking outside of ourselves for validation.

Asking For Support

Because many of us have been so used to feeling isolated and alone in  our life journey up to this point, we may have consciously or  unconsciously closed ourselves off from the support around us. The  Universe is always supporting us, no matter what. The Universe sends  ‘Its’ support in many ways, whether it would be through people,  circumstances, messages, or personal insights. If we continue to close  ourselves off from this support, we could be missing out on powerful  opportunities to expand, grow, and evolve in ways that can make our  heart sing.

If we would like a bit more support from the Universe, the only thing we  need to do is just ask. Immediately the Universe will start to present  an overflow of opportunities in our lives whether it would be through  upcoming events that we resonate with, books, insights, friends,  personal guides, family members, teachers, holistic practitioners, our  community, etc…  It’s safe to come out from hiding and allow ourselves  to feel the support of the Universe, as it’s always here for us and  never against us.
