Welcome!

We are moving into new territory now, and as we continue to evolve, while at the same time being present during the final stages of “the end of the end,” we find ourselves in new and interesting spaces we may have yet to have experienced.

The old world as we know it is coming down more rapidly now. We may find that it is more difficult than ever to interact and become involved with much of anything. Nothing may feel “right” or good, we may wonder where it is that we are meant to be, and in addition, may feel that we are lost in a space of no space, as touching the remnants of the old reality are like forced habits of survival that we must endure for a while longer.

As if we have been ousted into thin air, floating around in outer space with no anchor, and holding our own personal center within ourselves alone, we wait as the old world continues with its dismantling and demise of energies and creations that can never begin to fit in a new world reality.

The alignments of the new, the preparation of the earth for the new, and the shake-ups that will continue to unfold for many months to come, have created an instability around us that is forcing us to scramble for something to hold onto…something that we may hope and pray will feel remotely good and loving.

Like actors in a play where the script no longer applies, we may continue on with our old lines and masks, or even wonder how we are supposed to interact with others who have barricaded themselves in a box of fear, subconsciously waiting for who knows what. And even at best, watching yet others behave as if everything is seemingly okay, when many of us know what is at hand at the unseen levels, may make some of us wonder what strange science fiction movie we have now placed ourselves within.

Of course, of course, and as always, we are progressing with a spiritual ascension process that unfolds and reveals itself in ways that we would have never imagined until they are directly upon us. And as always, it is precisely the option of free choice that creates what kind of experience the planet will have as she continues to morph and mold herself into a new and vibrant home for a very new reality.

In these ways, even though so much is coming to a final ending, it is our spiritual evolutionary process that is in tandem with it all, creating new individuals that will learn and evolve into higher vibrating beings who will naturally find themselves right where they need to be, and being precisely who and what they need to be as well.

As has happened so many times thus far with this one-of-a-kind experience, the plan has again changed or at least been re-molded into something that fits with the current unfolding of free-will choices and ways the planet and her inhabitants have chosen to experience this massive shift.

Fear and self-preservation have created a massive experience of separation. We are simply not “seeing” one another, and so, beginning any new creations with others at a much higher level vibration which will stay intact during the end of the end, has been drastically delayed now. In this way, we are now being encouraged to “lay low” so to speak, and to open to new spaces that are much more subtle, gentle, easy, light, and that do not hold any kind of big and dramatic space.

This adjustment to a higher level plan will manifest in a variety of ways. We may find ourselves working for others with a secure salary instead of being self-employed. We may find ourselves in roles that are simply centered and simple, with no agenda or plan. We may find that we not need “do” anything, but now simply enjoy where we are, as we very subtly and purely are now meant to be who we have always been at our truest and highest levels. Things will be much “quieter” as we stay in the eye of the storm. We will not be creating anything new. We are being removed from harm’s way.

We may feel that we are going back into the old or back into the mainstream, but what is occurring, is that we are going back to the basics. So much (including electronics, for instance), has gone as far as it can go, to the point where it has lost its original and pristine intent (including the “New Age” movement as well), and now must come to a final end. In addition, we are going back into what feels like the mainstream, because we are anchoring into the new earth and it is very here.

Our new spaces and roles are all about simply being. Being the truest and simplest aspects of ourselves. And as these aspects come so naturally to us, these new spaces will be effortless. We are being encouraged now, to be self-sustaining beacons of light by simply being ourselves. We may find that we have no desire to assist with anything, help anyone, or much else in that vein. We may see others asking for help that we may have provided in times past, and simply feel that we are “very done” with that kind of thing. We may feel a massive ending to most everything that we have ever known. A very final death.

What is happening here, is that we are being moved into spaces of great protection from the fall. We were not meant to go down with everything that is going down, or even to assist with the process. We are now being guided into spaces that are very free and clear from the old reality that is crashing like a string of dominoes. If we felt invisible before, we will feel even more invisible now. This is because we cannot allow ourselves to be grabbed onto like life preservers, allowing those who may be drowning and panicky to push us under and contribute to our demise.

In times past, our spiritual evolutionary process gradually made us feel invisible, as we were now living and vibrating in a much higher level of existence. Those with density and the self-absorption that more ego states create, were unable to see us. Now, we are more invisible than ever, as we are naturally being taken to spaces of safety and security during these massive endings and times of great collapse.

The previous plan was that we remove ourselves from the old reality, which many of us did. Then we had planned that we would begin a very new reality in a very new world, as we came together as brothers and sisters. This new reality that we would create as a whole would sustain us while the old reality eventually disappeared altogether in a very gradual and loving way. All the while, we would assist those who were willing and who were asking, up the vibrational rungs of the ascension ladder. Well, guess what? Human beings have free choice and this has created yet another tweaking of the plan. Will it ever end?

Not enough souls are ready, and so the old plan cannot unfold. The old reality is indeed ending, and the earth is progressing as she had planned, but the “how” and the road that is getting us there is changing with each and every breath we take. We are indeed in a new and higher vibrating space in the cosmos, and this alone creates new and awesome states of being all on its own. So no matter what may seem to be going on around us, what is occurring within us is something very new indeed….and it is all about the heart energy. It is the heart energy that will take us exactly where we need to be, and what will serve as our source for creating anything we may need in times to come.

On April 21^st I awoke at dawn to find my father in my bedroom. A bit bewildered, he was not quite sure where he was. All he could say was, “I wasn’t sure what to expect. I really didn’t know what it would be like.” A few hours later, my daughter called to tell me that he had died, and it was at that very moment that he had arrived in my space. We spent the next two days talking up a storm as he left for brief periods and then returned. In a very short while he had figured out how to navigate and realized where he now was, and he was soon off and running. Although only in this particular phase (immediately after transitioning) of the non-physical for a short time, it was nonetheless nice to speak to him once again.

Wondering why he had come into my space immediately when he left his body, instead of arriving somewhere else, and asking him about other places he had travelled during these few days, it became clear that it is the heart energy that dictates what connects to what.

If anything, my father always knew how much I love him. I was blessed to have absolutely no regrets when his time here was ending. I know he felt my love for him all of his days, and he always appreciated it. So then, it was this great love we shared that dictated where he would land when he left his form. It also dictated where he would travel to next, as at times he would tell me what he had done that day. One night we had talked for quite awhile and I finally said, “Dad, I am beat. I need to turn out the light and get some sleep.” Feeling that I might be brushing him off, I asked him what he did while everyone was asleep. “Oh Karen,” he replied, “There are so many places I go! I get to go to concerts and most everywhere I want!” He loved music, and I could feel the happiness and joy he felt while at a concert somewhere on the planet. His heart and joy would take him immediately where he wished to be and to what he wished to experience.

For several days preceding his memorial service, he was gone from my space. I knew that after a memorial service, most souls then depart for their next phase of “intake.” I had asked him during one of our last conversations after he had passed away, to please let me know when he was “really leaving” for a while. On the evening of his memorial service (which I was not “supposed” to attend), while I was sitting with my daughter in her living room late at night, he did indeed show up and told me that he was now going on to the next leg of his journey. The next day, I could see his soul many times, but it was my father at a much younger age, during his happiest days when he was growing up in India.

I tell you this story because several of you have written and asked me to share it with you, as you have loved ones who have recently departed as well, and also because our own spiritual evolutionary process of dying while we are alive is so very similar.

We navigate through the heart in the next dimension. When we are in the heart space, everything is dramatically different. And we can now stay in these states the far majority of the time. In the heart space, we can see much more. Everything makes sense, and everything is clear. And in addition, we see each other, see that absolutely everything is indeed connected and supports a whole (or way of existence), and we come to clearly see that the world of separation is created from the density that existed in the old reality and in the lower vibrating dimensions or emotions.

Once we have arrived more fully in these higher realms, it can be extremely challenging to be a part of what one leaves behind, and to live in a world of separation. We may want to cry out, “See me! I am here!” just like my father may have felt after he left his old form and was still floating around in an old world from his past. If you have evolved into a state where all you know is group energy and that we indeed revere each other highly for who and what we are, it can literally feel like hell being in a world where that is not the norm.

Until this time arrives, and while we are still living in the physical reality that still surrounds us, we are being encouraged to stay in the eye of the storm, to be who we know we are at our truest and simplest forms, and to know that all our needs will be miraculously met. An invisible current of god energy is navigating for us during this time. It is setting things up for us, making sure we are taken care of, and all we need do is to follow the crumbs and take the opportunities that our hearts are navigating us towards.

As the heart energy begins to overtake all else, we will at the same time learn very new ways of existence that will serve to sustain us during the time of the fall. As I drove across the United States last week, I was blessed to be in the heart energy and to experience where it led me. I met the most amazing people in the smallest of towns, and had the most loving and respectful experiences I have had for a very long time. It was so beautiful, that my cat even enjoyed the trip, and she usually gets distressed during travel.

The heart energy overrides all else. It does not care what spiritual belief one has, what color one is, what life-style one has, what profession one has, or what age one is. It is the glue and the connector, and it is what allows us to see each other. And when in the space of the heart energy, we need only stay in our own space….centered and in the eye of the storm.

Soseste urmatorul val al tsunami-ului cosmic

Valul de Lumina al tsunami-ului cosmic ne-a inundat cu un alt aflux, in ultimele cateva saptamani, iar el poate fi resimtit in multe feluri, in functie de modul in care suntem conectati si in care interactionam cu energia.

Cutremurul de pe coasta statului Chile, care a avut loc pe 17 februarie, a fost atat de puternic, incat, literalmente, a deplasat Pamantul de pe axa sa. Acest fenomen a creat o miscare puternica la nivelul planetei, intrucat totul a fost miscat, intr-un fel sau altul, impingand o larga varietate de energii in spatiile noastre. Unele dintre aceste energii erau din trecutul nostru, iar altele, din viitorul nostru, intrucat toate treptele ierarhiei vibrationale au fost afectate si impinse la un loc (antrenand si unele energii din alte dimensiuni!) , chiar daca doar pentru o scurta perioada de timp.

Dupa ce a fost alocat suficient timp pentru infaptuirea schimbarii care trebuia sa-si indeplineasca rolul – acela de a alinia si mai mult Pamantul cu noul sau spatiu din cosmos – s-au declansat urmatoarele unde ale miscarii Pamantului (cutremurul din Haiti a fost, in realitate, primul dintr-o lunga serie de miscari in curs de manifestare, iar scopul sau a fost sa dea impulsul necesar energiei inimii, care este energia dominanta a noii noastre dimensiuni de vibratie mai inalta).

Amintiti-va ca energia noului Pamant vine de aceasta data de la miez in sus, chiar daca tsunami-ul cosmic vine cu adevarat din cosmos, pentru a sustine acest proces – asa ca, schimbarile iminente ale Pamantului reprezinta o parte vitala din procesul de creare a noului Pamant.

Aceste schimbari ale Pamantului creeaza noua fundatie, astfel incat Lumina din noua noastra locatie cosmica sa poata fi cat mai mult integrata. Astfel, ne acomodam mai usor cu noua fundatie, in timp ce acest lucru determina afluxul unei cantitati tot mai mari de Lumina, care aduce cu ea tot mai multa energie a inimii si un aer de respirat, de o vibratie mai inalta.

Odata cu stabilizarea noii pozitii a Pamantului, Baja California a experimentat in continuare un cutremur, pe 4 aprilie. Imediat dupa 6 aprilie, in Indonezia s-a produs un cutremur cu o magnitudine de 7,7 grade. De la 4 aprilie incoace, s-au produs nenumarate cutremure pe glob. In acelasi timp, un nou val de Lumina a inceput sa se reverse asupra planetei, fiindca aceste miscari ale Pamantului de pe intregul glob au inceput sa se pozitioneze pentru a primi aceasta Lumina.

Odata ce acest nou val de Lumina atinge Pamantul, el este imediat transmutat intr-un fel de praf magic, pentru a veni si a fi asimilat mai usor. Din cauza acestei activitati intense, multi dintre noi resimt tot felul de simptome. Ca intotdeauna, cel mai bine este sa cereti sfatul medicului in legatura cu aceste simptome, intrucat nu orice problema de sanatate trebuie atribuita procesului Inaltarii.

Deci, care ar fi cateva dintre simptomele pe care le avem, in aceste vremuri de miscari masive ale energiilor?

• Dificultati de respiratie sau inflamatii la nivelul plamanilor, cauzate de sosirea “prafului magic”
• Dureri de inima, palpitatii, dureri in piept si dureri in partea superioara a spatelui, generate de energiile care deschid inima.
• O senzatie de nod in gat, de la deschiderea inimii.
• Dureri de picioare si la nivelul talpilor, de la miscarile Pamantului si noua impamantare.
• Dureri in tot corpul, migrene, dureri la nivelul vezicii urinare si al rinichilor, dureri musculare, datorate detoxifierii necesare alinierii cu aceste noi energii.
• Senzatii de hiperventilatie, pe masura ce energiile de vibratie mai inalta va afecteaza sistemele.
• Stari acute de frica si anxietate.
• Stari depresive si de energie scazuta, in cazul anumitor persoane, sau energie in exces, in cazul altora.
• Sentimente de inutilitate, ca si cum nimic nu vi se potriveste sau nu va este familiar, stari de nervozitate sau de mahmureala, ca si cand ati fi suferit o trauma.
• Emotivitate exagerata, care va face sa plangeti din orice… atunci cand experimentati iubirea si grija fata de voi insiva si cand lucrurile nu stau asa cum ar fi trebuit (din nou este vorba de energia inimii).
• Somnolenta si stari de stres, adesea fara niciun motiv concret.

Cand traim experienta acestor miscari masive de energii si ne pozitionam din nou, energiile mai intunecate si mai dense se arata intr-un fel sau altul, fiindca ele se afla pe drumul lor de iesire, fiind deja dislocate. De aceea putem trai anumite stari ce corespund acestor energii, cum ar fi: depresia, frica si anxietatea, in timp ce aceste energii ne inconjoara pentru scurt timp.

Daca ne vom reaminti ca aceste stari sunt temporare si au rezultat dintr-un proces uimitor si cu adevarat Divin, le putem digera mai usor. Daca vom ramane concentrati asupra lucrurilor pozitive si pline de bucurie si vom sta in compania unor persoane iubitoare si grijulii, aceste aspecte din viata noastra vor fi amplificate, atunci cand sosesc noile energii si accelereaza totul. Pentru persoanele sensibile, aceste miscari masive de energii pot agita serios lucrurile. In ceea ce ma priveste, tot ce imi trebuie este sa am pe aproape un Remediu de Salvare (NT: remediu floral Bach), in acele momente!

Atunci cand energiile sunt atat de intense, putem, de asemenea, crea in mod instantaneu. Deci, din nou, ceea ce intretinem in mintile noastre si ceea ce suntem noi cu adevarat se vor materializa imediat pentru noi – iar ceea ce simtim se va amplifica. In acest caz, este de mare ajutor sa fim constienti de ceea ce suntem si de credintele noastre, fiindca ele vor prinde viata, cu multa forta.

Una peste alta, aceste miscari ale Pamantului ne vor aduce tot mai mult in noile noastre spatii legitime. Ne apropiem tot mai mult de intrarea pe noul fagas. Pana acum, multe dintre proiectele noastre au ramas in mijlocul curentului, fiindca energiile continua sa soseasca in valuri care curg, apoi, se opresc – motiv pentru care noi nu putem crea lucrurile in intregime. De aceea, proiectele noastre par sa nu se finalizeze niciodata! Ne aliniem si mai cream putin. Noi cream pas cu pas, doar ceea ce trebuie sa ne sustina in aceasta evolutie.

Deoarece Lumina isi preia pozitia de maestru legitim de ceremonii al planetei, ceea ce ne apartine de drept se va intoarce la noi. La nivelurile mai inalte, acest lucru se refera la puterea si pozitionarea noastra de aici, odata cu noua pozitie a planetei. De asemenea, exista niveluri diferite. Fiica mea tocmai a primit niste hainute pe care le vanduse unei alte mamici, acum cativa ani si care s-au dovedit a fi cele destinate primului sau fiu. Acum, ele vor fi purtate de ultimii nascuti, cei doi gemeni, care se vor bucura astfel de hainutele fratiorului lor mai mare. Ea a izbucnit in lacrimi cand i-a vazut pe gemeni in hainele fratelui lor, fiindca crezuse ca acele haine erau pierdute pentru totdeauna.

Intrucat aceasta agitatie masiva continua, iar noi continuam sa ne aliniem cu noul nostru spatiu din cosmos si de pe planeta, putem ajunge sa intelegem ca a sosit vremea ca Lumina sa invaluie acest nou Pamant. Sosirea Luminii si miscarea pe care aceasta o creeaza, sau ceea ce ne-am pregatit, la nivel subconstient, sa obtinem pentru noi, in ultimele cateva saptamani, ne este acum la indemana.

The aspect of our presence we are most aware of, even more than the physical, is our emotions. We judge everything in our life, including our body, by how we feel. When emotions are the predominant aspect, we can be completely oblivious to anything that is occurring around us. We believe we are emotionally whole when we have healed the emotions but one additional step must happen. Our emotions must be balanced with the other aspects of our presence or we will be out of balance and ruled by the emotions.

When our emotions dominate, we can be blinded by anger, depressed by sadness, overwhelmed by joy (or pain), focused on a goal to the exclusion of all else and immersed in drama. Emotional domination is driven by a need to feel our way through the world, believing this is how we can be grounded, instead of balancing the emotions with the other aspects of our presence. Can we be aware of our place in the world other than through the emotional senses?

Emotional wholeness is achieved through detachment but this does not mean that won’t feel any emotions. Detachment allows us to pause and in that moment, choose the emotions we wish to express in a situation. So instead of a response of anger or sadness, we wait to see what else will happen and in that moment, anger can turn to laughter, pain into joy, and satisfaction into elation. With detachment we allow other aspects to contribute their balancing energies and our emotional response is grounded in all of our aspects.

Through our emotions we express our karma, soul wounds and fears. Through emotional domination we are bringing forward everything that we need to heal, without the helpful contributions of our other aspects, especially those of spirit. To be emotionally whole is learn to balance the emotions with our other aspects so we are in a place of power, choosing our emotions carefully with consideration as to what we are feeling, why and how we can best use that experience to learn, grow, heal and ascend into our mastery.

A transmission from the Arcturus collective

Many of us have been going thru a sincere rough patch the last couple of weeks…well, really this has been in varying degrees since the equinox…but the last 2 weeks have been especially unkind.  In light of the many emails I have been receiving about this exceptionally gooey and physically taxing integration period, I decided to call on the support of the unseens to answer a particularly heartfelt question that I feel many would benefit from.

I feel like I’m so lost and I suppose faith will see me through but I can’t help but feel like faith got me into this mess, I gave up everything, including my heart, soul and every breath I have ever drawn to partake in the transition and now as I witness the crumpled pieces of what’s left of my mortal life, I wonder … is this all my fault, did I do something wrong, why do I find myself in this limited place where I feel  like I have no choice but to continue on this path, that any  plan I try to execute will  be thwarted and I will have no choice but to come back to this place, where any kind of joy is fleeting but pain and suffering seem eternal.

I understand that we create our own circumstances,  but I have never ever believed that me or my family deserved to live under such over-powering pressure, I feel like I can’t breathe, and I know that there are other light workers in similar situations, where it feels like we have given everything for this cause and we are left out in the cold, while others needs are meet, I just don’t understand?

I have always felt so clear about my destiny and who am I and where my path leads and now I cannot see the future anymore like it is blocked from me, I feel so alone and yet I feel many near me, but they are of little comfort when they are safe in divinity and I am here afraid.

Do you know why there are lightworkers like me who are in awful situations and lost places, my whole life feels like it never fit me, I am so uncomfortable, everything feels like a complete opposite to what I believe in and hold dear , it feels so traumatizing to wake up here every morning, it’s like ash in your mouth, there is no light here and nothing grows.

Blessed warrior, be at peace.  This journey is not for the faint of heart, no, and we assure you that though there is nothing left in this dimension for you to explore, that it is in fact, designed to be that way.

We share that though you are contemplating the direness of your situation at hand, in truth, what you are experiencing is the total opposite of this…that is to say that every part of you has arrived, has passed through the portal to your new vibrational experience, but with mere threads of your physical self left to complete the reconnection.  This discordance…the extreme differences between what is real and what you are presently experiencing, leads to the absolute conflict, confusion and frustration of your current physical circumstances.

You are not alone in this, by far…many who walk beside you on this time-line are experiencing similar isolation and disconnection from truth.  May we suggest that when you are undergoing a period of disconnect…wading through the void as we say… that you instead look to your external environment for clues to what is already on its way to you.

Often in these situations, when you are seemingly cut-off from your higher vision and the source of your expanded self, it is near to impossible to see the bigger picture or the many layers of your reality that are in fact supporting your higher intentions.  In these circumstances, when you feel disconnected from what feels good...which has been your main gauge for truth throughout this journey… we provide you with the guidance to instead look around you, to look for and SEE the physical events taking shape in your outer landscape of life that lend credence to your divine truth.  Yes, you are that close now.

For what is truly happening is this:

The last energetic ties to the old paradigm, the old earth and its ways of creation, are being severed, unplugged and removed from your energy field and you are simultaneously being fully replugged into the new matrix.  This severing period places you in an energetic holding space for two reasons… so that you are blocked (protected) from creating any further realities from the expired (karmic) grid matrix, and so that you take the necessary time out to nourish and support your body through this radical cellular healing initiated by the biological restructuring and mutation into the crystal vibration.

Your physical cells are undergoing a deep transformations at this time.  This cannot be overstated…for the physical realms that you are soon to participate in require the complete and total clearing of all 3d dimensional reality constructs and their ensuing cellular imprints.

This part of the journey is very taxing on the physical body, yes, and when your vitality is low, your perceptions, your out-look, is at risk. To keep your head above the rising waters of biological purification, we suggest that you remain as present as possible with what surrounds you and to engage in those things that are still able to bring you joy…for those few things remaining are the intrinsic parts of you that are true, the essence of you that will always remain in tact.  Immerse yourself so fully in any pleasure that you can call upon knowing confidently that the rest is taken care of for you.

We realize that there are few words that we could share that would lift the suffering of disconnect, for you are creators and so your natural tendency is to create.  To be blocked from participating in the creation of your desires is nothing short of a living death, and so we assure you, even if it is yet again through words, that you will come through this cellular integration with a renewed sense of life, a  renewed love, a renewed desire to create, and a renewed sense of confidence in your many abilities.

We don’t pretend to to know the physical experience of your personal ascension process, but we do know that the only way around the process is directly through it.  The intensity of your biological re-balancing and physical resurrection is contingent upon your ability to surrender to the changes fully.

This grounding period is indeed a very physical-based experience, and so the cellular rejuvenation has been nearly multiplied to allow for the full de-scension of your spirit body into form.

Be at peace with the end of life as you know it.  Be at peace with the physical resurrection required to attain mastery.  Be at peace with the unknown.   But mostly, be assured that all of this is bringing to you exactly what you most long for.

We, the Arcturians, are a most proud and advanced civilization of the fifth density.  We offer you a glimpse of the utopia that your future holds for you…an existence where love is the primary element of life.

We maintain unsurpassed love & deep abiding respect for all of you, as we honor the warrior in each of you.  Your contribution to the overall plan is unrivaled, as is your ability to achieve your pre-planned & collective goal.

The Dismantling of the Old

As we ever so steadily progress with our new arrival into a higher vibrating space, we are “shifting into high gear,” as my star friends describe it…like a vehicle moving into overdrive, into its full capacity, and needing to accommodate a much faster moving energy.

Earthquakes, earthquakes everywhere, strange and unpredictable weather patterns, unusual moods and behaviors for many individuals, and a strange emptiness are but a few of the climates that these massive energy movements are creating.

The cosmic tsunami of new and higher vibrating energy is arriving more steadily now, while at the same time, the earth is moving and adjusting as well, as she prepares herself to more fully accommodate these new energies of our very new space.

The earth moved into a new space in the cosmos within the past few months, is adjusting and aligning, and we are doing very much the same. Beginning with a substantial earthquake here and there, and progressing into many earthquakes all over the globe at the same time, we are really beginning to feel these movements now. Volcanic eruptions, climate changes, and a continual shaking beneath our feet have become the norm for now, or so it seems. It is no wonder so many of us feel a strange shakiness, unease, and overall sense of change.

When we progressed to the point where many, many earthquakes were occurring all over the globe (around the first week of April), much was dislodged and moved out of its previous space. First, the darkness moved up and out, and could be felt as anxiety, panic, depression, or even a feeling of being “spooked.” The energies then progressed into the next stage, resulting in many “endings” and many changes. As much was moved up and out and dislodged from its old groove, many manifestations resulted relating to endings, losses, and a great emptiness. We are also beginning our residency in all ways, in a new state of more light. So then, this means that things were dislodged that no longer fit us, and also means that the light brought to the forefront and revealed anything and everything that no longer fit as well. In addition, things are being “dismantled” and taken apart, only to be put back together again in new ways at a later time.

Endings to relationships, discovering what was really and truly occurring with many relationships (as the light will always reveal what is really there), more endings with careers and geographical residencies, and endings with many connections may suddenly have become the norm. At this time as well, exit points are always created for souls (human and animal) to depart, as this is as well, another severed connection or rather, a departure from an old space that no longer fits. And if experiences of endings were not there for some, at best, a feeling that we perhaps no longer knew where we belonged, a feeling of not wanting to go or do what we usually did, or even just feeling “off” for no particular reason, seemed to run rampant as well. Nothing around us may have felt right, good, normal, secure, or remotely comfortable.

When these disruptive energies began to arrive more fully, accidents, physical ailments, body pain and stiffness from stuck energy that was being hit by all this movement, sickness, chest pain, nausea, and even difficulty breathing were experienced by many.

For nearly the entire month of March, we were in “busy and preparing” mode, as we readied ourselves for who knows what. At our soul levels, we knew that something was due to arrive, and we needed to be ready somehow. The “busyness” time almost seemed relentless, with no end in sight. Then, right before the new energies hit the first few days of April, we may have felt a let down, a subsiding of this “pushing and pulling us along” energy, while we experienced much of everything subsiding and coming to a halt. It was now time for the cosmic tsunami to begin. Even if we had not completed everything that we had set out to complete as we were in “preparation” mode, it did not matter, as the energies were simply doing their job of programming us, and allowing us to participate in whatever each of us felt we needed to, in order to be ready.

With all this new energy arriving, things may not be feeling as glorious as we may have imagined new and higher energy to be. But what else is new? This process of evolution has always been challenging, but what makes it perhaps worse than it needs to be is the absence of the heart energy, or of experiencing love and support from our brothers and sisters.

The heart energy is what it is all about in the higher realms. Creating the New Reality talks a lot about this new energy arriving and how to work with it and accommodate it, as this is really where everything now resides and what everything is all about.

All these new alignments, adjustments, and all this great movement are all related to the heart energy. We will now find that we are separating, pulling apart, and departing from things with no heart energy (or that do not match where we are), and will begin to congeal and connect more fully with those who very easily embody the heart energy. In this way, new beginnings are here and available as well.

Yes, doors are closing, things are ending, losses are occurring, and separations are evident as at the same time, those things that match our heart energy are what will remain or begin to manifest anew. This is how we navigate in the higher realms…through our hearts. Following our hearts will naturally take us to our new residencies and spaces, while departing from places that have no heart, or even where our own hearts are no longer, can only occur now, as the heart energy is running the show.

People may seem to only be out for themselves right now, with no seeming awareness that we may just need to come together with open hearts in order to survive in times to come. The energy fields around many individuals may seem to say “door closed,” “gone for the day,” or even “I’m holding my breath until all this is over,” and “I don’t see you” as self-protection seems to be running rampant. Or even, “I’m taking care of myself and my space so that I can survive all these upheavals and be steady in times to come. No time for anything else right now.” (More about this further on.)

My father is currently in the hospital preparing for his departure, as he has now refused all treatments and surrendered to his process. He could hold on no longer through artificial means, as his body is not sustaining him on its own. From the very beginning, at the time of his diagnosis, it became very clear that at our soul levels, he did not want me around during this time. We made an agreement at our human levels, and I have since stayed away, honoring his request, receiving my information about his health status second-hand from estranged relatives. All has been in divine and perfect order.

But I have to say, I never dreamed it would be so difficult to lose a parent. My father and I were very close our entire lives with a strong heart connection. It seems that everything suddenly reminds me of him, and I cannot go very long without the tears streaming down my face. Even though I am very aware of why and how things are occurring at the higher levels, I am still in a human body with human emotions, as I still live in a physical reality. It is hard to imagine that the unique energy that his particular soul embodied and the physical form it took, will never again walk this earth. Oh, the memories of the times we shared, how he contributed to who I am today, and the love that he gave to me while he was here. These losses make time stand still, make us step back for a while, and perhaps examine what life is really all about and what really and truly matters.

While at the bank the other day, one of the tellers asked me how I was doing and how my book was doing (we all know each other fairly well by now). Getting choked up and tearful, I told him about my father. He immediately jotted down his home number and asked me to call him if I needed to. Others who have become aware of my sadness and loss seem to stay behind a wall of separation, which includes by far the majority of the people I am now acquainted with. I have begun to wonder if the heart energy has become a rare thing, with so much pain, suffering, and futility having been experienced by so many on the planet in recent times. Have the final days of the old earth been too much for some, and shut down our hearts? And for those whose hearts remain open, do we continue to allow ourselves to be taken advantage of, stomped on, and sucked dry?

As we progress ever onward, we will indeed learn how to navigate with the heart energy. We will know to have it readily accessible to other heart energy, and to keep it closed for those who are not ready and who do not see us.

Now seemingly an almost rare and extinct energy, we will always know when the heart energy is present, as we will feel it immensely. It is the wave and glue that brings everything to us and allows us to manifest almost immediately. It is what connects us if we allow it to override all else. We will come to know and see each other, heart to heart. And we will draw to ourselves what we connect to with our hearts.

As our circles of connection may begin to feel as if they are getting smaller, the connections that remain for those in the higher realms are all about the heart. Yes, we will begin to bond with and come together with those who share this energy. Like the cream of the crop, it will rise to the surface and stay above and beyond what is now occurring at the lower rungs of the ascension ladder. The rattling beneath our feet, the shifting and sorting that the earth adjustments are creating, will very naturally create new connections, as all other connections will re-arrange themselves and move into new spaces that now match where each and every energy vibrates. At times, it seems that this sifting and sorting process we have experienced for so many years has no end, as we evolve ever higher.

Much will begin to fall away now, as it can no longer exist in these new and higher vibrations. As the earth changes continue on, we will experience more and more crashing, endings, and closing doors as the old prepares for its impending demise. Like dominoes of extinction, things will begin to fall very rapidly in times to come. But this is what we knew would eventually occur. We knew at some level that the process would unfold this way. We are now experiencing the end stages of “endings” in order that we may start anew. So as we gain new strength through our new connection to the new earth, we are preparing to stand tall as we ready ourselves for bringing in the new…a very new earth that will replace the old when the time is right.

In Crossing Over, a blueprint is outlined that explains how we will become self-sufficient before we come together as a whole. In this way, the plan is about being able to sustain ourselves before we connect to others. We must be individuals in a true and strong way before we create a higher vibrating whole. So then, this is now occurring in regard to many finding themselves taking charge of their spaces and making sure they are able to stand firm in times to come. But this does not mean that we cease to have heart connections during this time. We can take charge of our spaces and become strong and steady, while at the same time caring deeply about our brothers and sisters when they need our heart energy. I am not talking about saving others who have not chosen to move forward or grow and expand, but about loving each other and being there for each other through the challenging times that are now only just beginning.

Today I decided to get in my car, cat in tow, and point it in the direction of my daughter and grandchildren, on the opposite side of the United States. Planning on stopping along the way, in small and obscure towns with no agenda or plan, welcoming a new and amazing experience of seeing where there is still heart and soul present (as I know it is there, all over the place), I am looking forward to restoring my faith in humanity. With synchronistic and unplanned meetings with others, as the heart energy very naturally draws other heart energy to itself, I am looking forward to clearing my cobwebs, renewing my energy, connecting with my father in a new way after he transitions, and I hope, preparing myself for my new beginning when I arrive back home. (For those of you who are subscribers in regard to regular on-going donations, no worries, as I will continue to post the WINGS messages while away from home, just as I have always done.)

This is where my heart is now taking me…to the hearts of many others out there along the way. And not coincidentally, it is also in true alignment with one of my new endeavors and offerings. If we follow our hearts, if we gravitate to what is at the core of our being and to who and what we are all about, and if we follow the trail of crumbs to a space that is full of our own hearts and that will activate the heart in others as well, we cannot go wrong.

Many of us were born for this time…for this time of massive change on the earth. And because of this truth, we will easily stand tall and firm in times to come as we usher in a very new reality.

Integritate fizica

Pentru a putea face lucrarea de vindecare care reprezinta fundamentul fiecarei vieti, este nevoie sa avem o prezenta fizica pe Pamant. Prezenta fizica incepe cu corpul nostru si toate elementele de care este nevoie pentru ca acesta sa functioneze pe calea sa catre vindecare. In plus fata de aceste aspecte fizice – cum ar fi sexul, culoarea pileii, inaltimea, greutatea si starea de sanatate – mai avem si altele, cum ar fi personalitatea si emotiile care sunt si ele importante in realizarea misiunii noastre. Combinatia tuturor acestor elemente este cea care determina prezenta materiala perfecta, cu care putem incepe calatoria vindecarii.

Suntem intregi din punct de vedere fizic, atunci cand suntem prezenti in mod constient si ancorati cu toate aspectele, atunci cand suntem constienti tot timpul de cine suntem, de ceea ce facem si de ce o facem – dar, trebuie sa fim in acelasi timp atenti daca ne folosim prezenta fizica pentru a supravietui experientelor prin care trecem, sau pentru a le transcede. Este o diferenta intre a fi ancorat si a fi blocat. Ceea ce poate parea o ancorare, poate in realitate sa fie o incercare de a gasi claritate, scop si inteles, intr-o situatie aflata in dezechilibru si care este mult prea limitata la fizic/ material. Atunci ne simtim blocati, pentru ca toata energia noastra se concentreaza intr-o singura zona si nu mai este loc pentru expansiune.
Prezenta noastra materiala furnizeaza un recipient pentru suflet, un spatiu in care acesta sa isi desfasoare lucrarea de vindecare. Dar, daca uitam scopul tamaduitor al vietii noastre, ne vom concentra prezenta materiala numai pentru supravietuire, pentru a putea crea siguranta si controlul, dincolo de care nu ne vom mai extinde. Ne mai mira ca atat de multi oameni sunt atat de obsedati de ideea aparitiei lor fizice, de acumularea unei averi, de dorinta de a avea o casa mare intr-o comunitate exclusivista, o slujba importanta si cel mai mare salariu? Toate astea reprezinta o concentrare asupra prezentei noastre fizice, care este ancorata in siguranta si supravietuire. Tot ceea ce poate insemna vindecare si miscare reprezinta, in acest caz, o amenintare.
Care sunt celelalte aspecte ale noastre? Ele contribuie, toate, la zona asupra careia ne concentram. Emotiile si experientele noastre sunt ancorate in nevoia de siguranta si control, dand nastere la experiente care aduc aceste nevoi in fata, pentru a fi vindecate si rezolvate. Pentru a ne debloca, trebuie sa dorim sa ne mutam atentia de la nevoia de a detine controlul, la acceptarea miscarii in alte directii, echilibrand astfel toate aspectele noastre.Putem fi ancorati in transformare, atunci cand totul se schimba – si sa ne simtim, in acelasi timp in siguranta, indrumati, ingrijiti si avand controlul? Suntem deschisi pentru transformare, sau avem nevoie de asigurarea ca totul va fi in siguranta si sub control, daca pasim prin aceasta poarta? Atunci cand ne putem pune aceste intrebari si putem fi deschisi fata de raspunsurile noastre, schimbarea ne va aduce noi fluxuri de energie, care ne vor ajuta sa iesim din blocaj si ne vor readuce la echilibru.

Mesajul lui Uriel – De la o respiratie la alta

Va luptati cu viata, in prezent? Va puteti da seama ca momentul prezent este singurul care exista pentru voi, ca atat trecutul cat si viitorul nu exista, pana cand nu recunoasteti momentul prezent? A trai in momentul prezent inseamna pentru voi acelasi lucru cu a respira. Asa cum traiti acest moment si apoi urmatorul, asa traiti si de la o respiratie la cealalta. In timp ce corpul vostru poate exista pentru perioade lungi fara hrana sau apa, el poate supravietui numai cateva minute fara respiratie. Traiti de la o respiratie la cealalta si supravietuirea depinde de capacitatea voastra de a trage in piept urmatoarea gura de aer.

Sunt atat de multe aspecte ale corpului vostru fizic, care nu necesita gandire sau efort. Nu trebuie sa ii amintiti inimii voastre sa bata, muschilor sa lucreze, atunci cand vreti sa va ridicati si sa mergeti, ochilor sa vada, atunci cand doriti sa priviti lumea din jurul vostru, urechilor sa auda, sangelui sa curga sau plamanilor sa respire din nou. Toate acestea sunt facute pentru voi. Imaginati-va cum ar fi viata voastra, daca ar trebui sa va reamintiti toate aceste lucruri, astfel incat ele sa se poata intampla. Nu ati mai putea sa va concentrati la nimic altceva. Respiratia – care reprezinta cel mai important element al supravieturii voastre fizice – va mai este o grija permanenta. Si astfel, voi puteti lucra cu Spiritul pentru a va materializa toate nevoile.
Functiile importante ale corpului fizic au fost proiectate sa functioneze fara atentia voastra, astfel incat sa va puteti concentra asupra altor aspecte ale calatoriei voastre. Acesta este un exemplu al modului in care lumea materiala vi se poate materializa fara efort. Si, cu toate acestea, inca va mai faceti griji despre ce se va intampla intr-o zi sau alta. Atunci cand va concentrati asupra trecutului sau asupra viitorului si nu asupra momentului prezent – care este cel in care are loc urmatoarea voastra respiratie – ignorati exemplul dat de modul in care Spiritul actioneaza in viata voastra. Iubirea neconditionata se gaseste in aerul pe care il respirati, care va este pus la dispozitie fara efort, de catre Pamant si de toate elementele care lucreaza impreuna, pentru a se asigura ca aveti intotdeaua suficient aer sa respirati – precum si de corpul vostru, care isi aduce aminte de fiecare respiratie in locul vostru.
Va faceti griji de unde va veni urmatoarea gura de aer? Sigur ca nu. Intr-atat de lipsita de efort poate fi realitatea voastra. Dupa cum nu va ganditi daca va veti reaminti sa respirati data urmatoare, sau daca veti avea aer sa respirati, tot asa puteti sa eliberati grijile legate de raspunsul la toate nevoile, atunci cand recunosteti modul in care Creatorul va furnizeaza tot ceea ce va trebuie, cu o abundenta fara limite, pe masura ce va schimbati preocuparea de la griji, indoila si frica, spre acceptarea faptului ca intotdeauna este destul din toate. Iar la respiratia urmatoare, amintiti-va ca ea va este furnizata, din abundenta, de un Creator care va iubeste fara masura. Respirati cu intentie, din plin si complet, stiind ca iubirea Creatorului este in fiecare gura de aer pe care o trageti in piept si ca, dupa cum aerul pe care il respirati este furnizat fara efort, la fel este rezolvata fiecare nevoie pe care o aveti, atunci cand va aminti ca viata este o calatorie spirituala, care se desfasoara pe un plan material, in care tot ce aveti nevoie va este disponibil.

Oare cand se maturizeaza?
Am observat ceva in legatura cu copiii mei: in primii ani ai maturitatii, nu sunt prea „maturi” – cel putin in comparatie cu mine la varsta lor. Isi asuma mai putine responsabilitati, nu sunt casatoriti si nici macar nu au de gand sa o faca, au prietenii foarte stranse si sunt relativ lipsiti de griji in ceea ce priveste viitorul, cu exceptia problemelor globale si politice. Ei nu simt nevoia sa „se maturizeze” si sa ia considerare mai serios problemele vietii si sunt, din multe puncte de vedere, foarte copilarosi in gandire. E ceva in neregula cu ei – sau se mai intampla si altceva?

Multi parinti de Copii Indigo imi scriu, exprimandu-si ingrijorararea in legatura cu tinerii adulti Indig,o care se afla la o varsta la care ar trebui sa fie mult mai responsabili cu vietile lor. Multi dintre ei inca stau cu parintii, nu si-au terminat colegiul sau inca isi continua studiile ori au servicii cu care abia daca se pot intretine. Parintii sunt preocupati de lipsa lor de motivatie, de calea pe care o urmeaza si de faptul ca sunt atat de putin interesati de viitor. Unii dintre acesti tineri adulti sunt deprimati si furiosi, altii sunt blocati si nu isi gasesc directia. Majoritatea nu se intretin singuri si nu fac nimic sa schimbe aceasta situatie.
Ce sa faci cu copiii adulti, care nu vor sa se maturizeze? Stiu ca este frustrant, dar nu prea este mare lucru de facut, in afara de a evita sa ii tratam ca pe copii. Din moment ce au avut experiente dificile in copilarie, avem tendita sa fim supra-protectivi si sa ii pazim de urmarile propriilor decizii. Incercam sa le facem viata mai buna si speram ca, intr-o buna zi, isi vor gasi calea. Cateodata o vor face, dar va fi o cale pe care singuri au ales-o si s-ar putea ca ea sa nu coincida cu ceea ce noi consideram a fi comportamentul de adult.

Tinerii Indigo nu se grabesc sa sematurizeze si multi nu se vor casatori sau nu vor avea copii, pana dupa treizeci de ani. Nu vor avea probabil aceeasi perspectiva ca a noastra, asupra stilului de viata, a traiului si responsabilitatilor , pentru ca tocmai acest aspect au venit sa il schimbe. Asa ca, daca ne asteptam sa se maturizeze in felul in care dorim noi, vom avea mult de asteptat. In timp ce nu ii putem impinge sa ia deciziile pe care ne dorim sa le ia, putem evita sa le permitem un comportament co-dependent si putem pune capat oricarui comportament al lor, care are un impact negativ asupra vietii noastre. Este in ordine sa stabilim limite, sa ii facem sa se mute, sa nu le mai dam bani, sau sa nu permitem un comportament lipsit de respect sau grosolan. Isi vor gasi un alt loc in care sa stea, vor castiga bani, atunci cand vor sti ca trebuie sa o faca, si vor invata ce inseamna limitele din partea unor oameni care au un nivel al tolerantei mult mai scazut decat al nostru. Si, intr-o buna zi, se vor maturiza in felul lor.

In order to do the healing work that is the foundation of each lifetime we require a physical presence on the earth. This physical presence begins with our body and all of the aspects that are required for it to function within its healing path. In addition to these physical aspects, such as gender, skin color, height, weight, and health, we have other material aspects such as personality and emotions that are important in realizing our mission. It is the combination of aspects that creates the perfect material presence for us to begin the journey of healing.We are physically whole when we are consciously aware of and grounded with all of our aspects and we are aware of where we are, what we are doing and why, all of the time. But we also need to look at whether we are using our physical presence to survive our experiences or to transcend them. There is a difference between being grounded and being stuck. What may feel like grounding, may actually be our attempt to find clarity, purpose and meaning in an unbalanced situation that is too narrowly focused on the physical/material. Then we feel stuck because all of our energy is concentrated in a single area and there is no room for expansion.

Our material presence provides a vessel for spirit in which to do the work of healing. But if we forget about the healing purpose of our lifetime, we will focus our material presence on survival to create safety and control and never expand beyond that. Can we be surprised that many people are so intent on their physical appearance, accumulating wealth, owning a large home in an exclusive community, having a powerful job and earning the biggest salary? This all represents a focus on our physical presence, which is grounded in safety and survival. Anything that represents healing and movement is a threat to that.

Where are our other aspects? They are all contributing to the area we are focused on. Our emotions and experiences are grounded in the need for safety and control, creating experiences that bring these needs forward for healing and resolution. To become unstuck we must be willing to move our focus from needing to be in control to allowing movement in other directions, bringing our aspects into balance. Can we be grounded in transformation, when everything is changing, and feel safe, guided, nurtured and in control? Are we open to transformation or do we need assurance that we will still be safe and in control if we step through that door? When we can ask those questions and be open to the answers, change will bring new energy flows that will help us get unstuck and bring us back into balance.

The Gift of Grounding

Since the last update, we are definitely still grounding, grounding, grounding.  Ouch.

We are basically being drilled into the earth…hence all the unbelievable leg, back & neck pains… while experiencing earth activations and the opening of major chakras and higher octaves of universal intelligence…all of which is providing us with the option to openly reveal our true nature as fully integrated beings of love.

Roughly speaking, in the space of time provided for the finalization of these major activations, many of us will be presented with swift and grand opportunities to align with our next level creations and share our gifts and expertise with the world.

In the mere moments ahead… mainly the time cycle that is presenting itself through the remainder of this sacred season of completion (from the equinox until the summer solstice)…those with contracts to serve the higher good in physical ways are quickening and beginning to put their newly acquired universal intelligence into tangible form.

From this perspective, those who have had limited access to the earthly dimensions, the grounded energies and applications needed to live a fulfilling life, will be once again in the throes of great earthly support and forward movement.

New Earth Rules of Conduct

There is a celestial timeline of completion rapidly approaching that will sever all energetic ties to the lower dimensional field matrices for those who have completed their “inner” work.  These souls will be freed from disharmonious energies and aligned with the source of greater potential to apply their “inner” work to the “outer” world.

Those who have completed the journey into oneness … the forerunners in ascended consciousness…will not necessarily be provided with “rules of conduct” for new earth living, however.  (mostly because we make this part up) This is notable because for those of you who have completed the “work”, honored your personal evolution and the sacred laws of creation, you will be progressing at speeds and levels previously unknown to the human experience.  In fact, this quickening process may have already begun for you.

I am hearing that this information is not to warn or discourage us from forward movement, but to make us aware of how effortlessly and fast energy works in alignment with “right timing” and without karmic resistance in the upper realms of human consciousness.  This fast moving energy is the energy of a fully reconnected being.  Pretty exciting stuff….well, except for all those lingering physical symptoms….

Creative Surges
The next level of creation…the physical manifestation phase…is what we have been tirelessly working toward for so so so freaking long.  It is the proverbial reaping of our meticulously cultivated crops.  This stage of creation will be an acute reflection of the mastery that we honed through relentless hardship and in many ways, will feel like the next logical step on your journey.  This phase gives us the key to unlock the gates to the ripening fruits of all our divine labors.

There are many opportunities beginning to surface for us to explore new potentials in physcial form… a plethora of new ideas will be gifted to those tapped into the new matrix and through the reunion of soul family, these ideas will begin to quickly materialize in astonishing ways.

All this information coming at us can be a bit overwhelming if you are in tune with these surges of creativity. They can come on sudden and strong, so you may find it helpful to rely on the earthy energies surrounding us at this time to keep balanced and at peace with these tidal waves of new and exciting ideas. For the next few weeks there will literally be a multitude of creative endeavors swimming in the hearts and minds of awakened souls everywhere.  These ideas will inevitably bring the physical framework and new earth structures into full form and it will be the first wave of partcipating souls who will have the role of relaying these concepts to the world for the next act in this r-evolutionary play.

The Script-less Play

Each of us has a unique part in this divine play, but the beauty in its creation comes from our ability to write it as we live it…real time creation.  This is because there is nothing in place here…no rules, no guidelines, no structure, no format…only the fluid fields of creative potential waiting to manifest through us, into form.

The pioneers who will lay the laws of this new land…the purified vessels of Source creation…are the first to have access to it and are arriving now to announce and proclaim our individual visions of this beautiful new earth.  As each of us applies our individualized vision of perfection in this fertile soil, we will be awestruck at the rate and ease by which things grow.

What Now?

Right now we are finishing up a particularly arduous and physically painful cycle of grounding and detox, and while learning how to master the application of our new perceptions in the physical world.  Everything now is about bringing our point of perceptual awareness to the physical realms of creation and learning how our expanded potential fits into our cellular form.

This new framework by which we are learning to operate is familiar, yet new…operational, yet dormant…mundane, yet other-wordly.  It is the juxtaposition of these energies that are now merging into one…where spirit meets matter… with the sobering realization that we have come full-circle and that nothing, yet everything, has changed.  Our outward life may or may not look the same, but suddenly the eyes we are looking thru are not.

This grounding business is almost like waking from a dream by which we were removed from reality and tortured for a decade and then popped back into our life again to make sense of it all.  It can be confusing, foreign and strange…you may be wondering “where you have been” and “why you were even on this journey” as you look around you with no connection to what is your so-called-life.

Undoubtedly, life is growing increasingly more surreal by the moment…very Truman-show-esque…but this will pass as we settle into ourselves fully.  During the early stages of awakening we are deliberately removed from life-as-usual as all of our energy is focused on developing the upper energy centers, expanding our consciousness and developing our higher aspects.

As we complete the reconnection phase we drop back down into our lives and bodies and begin to work within the physical dimensions again…albeit with our new and expanded sense of self.  This is why it may seem that we are waking from a dream because tho we were on the earth during the last several years, we were not fully participating in it.

It will definitely take some acclimating to understand how all of our inner-schooling will apply to the outer-world, right now we  just need to take one step at a time and help our still-morphing-bods to catch up.  As we begin to practice using our authentic selves in our daily living, things will get interesting…for sure.  We will realize that we bump up against familiar situtions, people and places…but with a new way of seeing, being and experiencing.  We will notice a significant increase in confidence, a surety we haven’t had in a VERY long time…or ever.

As we climb back into these changing bodies we are starting to see the magnitude of what we have accomplished…mainly because we finally have a context for it now that we can relate to the outside world.  In fact, we are beginning to see this whole remembering-our-divinity game as more real and as a result, those around us will now begin to respond to us in different ways.

Because we are becoming more certain and assured of who we are, where we’ve been and where we are going, we will now have a greater impact and believability as the masters we truly are.  In other words, we are beginning to really SEE, understand & know ourselves…the whole of who we are…for the first time.   This new clarity is also enabling us to understand more fully how others see and relate to us…whereas for the last several years, we were so immersed in the process, we couldn’t see outside of it.

Practically Speaking

We are at a major crossroads…a turning point…and literally bumping elbows with our new lives.  Many of us are about to take a serious step in the direction of our long held dreams and heartfelt desires…and once we do, there will be no turning back to the life we knew.  Amen to that.

This means a lot of “spring cleaning” and practical, down to earth biz…a time to bring old projects to completion and to hone new projects to perfection.  It is also a time to harness the multitude of incoming ideas and information (at the very least, write them down) for our new beginnings and the start of a brand new life.  A time of review is also upon us with Mercury going retrograde on the 17th and will best be put to use thru reorganizing and restructuring our foundations once more before building the new framework upon it.

We are being completely supported to create a radically different life for ourselves…one that is based on the full integration of our authenticity, but very grounded in earthly structure with the blessing of the divine masculine energy here now to support the free-flowing energy of the divine feminine that we have been nursing for so long.

Renaissance Revival

Those who will be utilizing the new earth freqeucny codes for the purposes of enjoying a better way to live will be those who are providing others with the inspiration, scope and understanding of whats possible as a whole and integrated being.  We are not only approaching a time of inspired work, but a time of inspired play…a time to make life beautiful and fun again…a time to resort to our childish ways of playfulness, imaginative creativity and to induldge in the deeply physical and sensual pleasures of life.

Beginning at the end of April… and in light of our renewed physical desires… there will be strong celestial support for beauty and healing.  Akin to a modern Renaissance period we will begin to witness new levels and highly inspired creations of art, architecture, music and even some creative sciences at the fore.

We are being supported to integrate new systems that support uninhibited creation, love and beauty, reconnecting with our bodies again, and working from the sacred connection between spirit & matter…a time to honor our own power…to  finally and fully create a beautiful and abundant life here on earth.

In addition to all this feel-good stuff, many new gifts of our multidimensional aspects are beginning to pop through, and in some cases are taking us to greater levels of expertise in our known field or talents.  These gifts may come as a complete surprise, or may be a part of you that you were vaguely in tune with…either way, they are now surfacing for us to fully explore and share.

What Next?

Planetarily and numerologically speaking… if April is all about stillness & inner exploration, then May will be about stepping further out into action. Our inner renewal process will wind-up (after Mercury goes direct) and our outer transformations will begin to solidify…maybe even through the ability to adhere to a routine!…remember what that is?

We will continue to have access to really supportive earth energy that is grounding, stable and practical and we should be able to move into a new life-rhythm with greater ease.  The new moon last night was a potent (and really painful) blast of the energy that is literally pushing us on our new path.  This energy can be felt in every cell of our bodies and is restructuring our daily lives on fundamental levels, helping us to create new balanced systems for living…both personally and collectively.

From now until July we will have the opportunity and support to continue tying up our loose ends, finish up our healing, resolve any unresolved personal issues and while simultaneously launching the first phase of our new-level lives and creations.

In Closing

The unseens are hammering two things in my brain:

1) A great divide will soon be very noticeable in the world and those who are activated and cleared are beginning to hold a very bright light for newly awakening souls.
2) This cycle we are entering is a time of great power… but also great responsibility.  Those with pure hearts and minds will feel driven in ways that will uplift and inspire large masses of people during the continuation of great planetary dismantling.  It is their wish that those with the gifts of ascended earth use them wisely and consciously to prepare the foundation of a new society based in love, sovereignty and with strong structures of support for the many who will need it.

Iterations of Release and Giving Over Authority to the Soul

My beloved ones,

Many of you are experiencing enormous cycles of letting go.

This includes the past re-surfacing to be healed and released.  The present being shifted into a more perfect alignment as you let go and let yourself re-orient to your own natural frequency and functional focus.  The future being shifted as the dreams and intentions you held based on what you would term a “prior” self felt appropriate and delightful are recalibrated to support your increasingly clear sense of function.  As you more and more spend time knowing yourself as unified consciousness, as you try on and get used to the power of wearing the wings of the New Human, as you spend more time with your physical, emotional, mental and spirit bodies in unity, oriented from the heart chakra, more and more–the soul IS the navigational system for your journey and this changes everything!

With an increase in your vibration, comes an increase in speed of experience and manifestation and your point of view is expanded.

If you are able to trust in yourself, you will naturally orient to these shifts simultaneously and thereby have an understanding of what transpires in your life, what shifts and creates space, what is being magnetized and drawn to you to support the fulfillment of your function—you will be able to feel and know all of this as one unified vector moving in alignment with the everything.

When, however, you doubt yourself—and depending on where this occurs—you may find your mental or emotional bodies out of alignment with your entire Lightbody and this creates much confusion, disorientation and a sense of loss.

Your Soul knows your function.  It blends in at the appropriate levels to fulfill your role in the process of dimensional ascension.  All-That-Is or Spirit knows itself as one-ness and in this orientation; it does nothing, it simply IS.  Spirit also performs certain functions—as the Archangel Michael for example.  The portion of Spirit performing the functional of the Archangel Michael changes all the time—yet this energy understands the function of the Archangel Michael and retains the appearance of consistency and continuity.

The same is true of you in your various incarnations of Spirit.  You, in your various reincarnational existences (physical and non-physical) co-occur.  In the gestalt of “YOU,” you recognize the “progress of your functional expression” and feel a sense of gratitude comparing “later” circumstances to “earlier” circumstances.

The people you have been and are, are like the childhood you remember—part of you entirely, and yet also having gone their own way.  Pursued different expressions and yet all interconnected.  You experience, unconsciously of course, the collective unfolding of all of these aspects of yourself, as well as the unified expansive perspective of All-That-Is, which guides and informs your functional role in each point of focus continually.

The immediate sharing of all of this information, and the way in which it is known, understood, integrated and shapes your sense of focus and desire is beyond comprehension in your current vessel.  Simply know that it exists and it is always connected to what IS; and as such, timely, relevant knowledge about your own experience is fully available to you.  You only need to ask and to learn to listen to yourself and to cultivate the way in which this communication works best for you.

For example—Meredith has been asked by many experiencing break-ups of existing relationships to comment on this seeming “trend”…

Knowing as you do, that all is shifting in to alignment, the read on breakups is an easy-one; the functions are no longer aligned.  The vibrations are no longer in sync.  The shared purpose has dissipated and/or the individuals involved have shifted to a new focus as a result of their own growth and no longer is the functional overlap present which made the relationship so primary in the experience.

The more one grows and expands the more continual adjustments relationships must go through.  For some this ongoing stimulus and realignment is refreshing and exhilarating; to feel oneself in a never ending experience of unfolding, re-inventing, creation—a thrilling ride indeed.  In some of your relationships, you continually inspire and elevate one another.  Your purpose is ongoing and these shifts become a means of discovery together and a catalyst for each of you living a happier, more fulfilling life.  For those, these shifts are not as difficult and not as much of a surprise.

It is for those who would like to experience the illusion of solidity and/or those who desire a slower pace to change and life that these shifts are either difficult and/or avoided/denied.  The challenge comes when one member of the relationship aligns with a pace and a frequency or vibration, which is significantly faster or slower than the other.

And it is this differing response to life, which complicates the natural completion or shifting of priorities.  One who is in sync with all-that-is will feel their priorities realign as there are significant shifts and as dimensional ascension brings them closer to their soul signature and to their innate function being embodied more directly on the earth plane.  If they are “partnered” with one who is not aligned or significantly related to this emerging function and the related sense of lifestyle, and especially if the partner is not also experiencing their own shifts and realignment; then at first they will find their partner possibly feeling “abandoned”—as their energy and focus is withdrawn or diminished as it shifts to the new point of creation in experience.  If this is discussed, the emotional body may become triggered and there is often an imbalance then in the vibrational frequency, as the emotional body becomes out of sync—vibrating out of harmonic ratios with the physical, mental and spirit bodies.  Now orientation has been lost.  Which leads to a feeling of being disconnected in the one who was connected and therefore, shifted.  Then there is more emotion and confusion.  Which creates further imbalance.

The solution is to let go.

Once you let go, naturally you will align with your inner sense of things.  Allow the emotions to flow through you; trusting in all-that-is and knowing that all is well, even if you do not understand what is taking place. Once you are re-oriented to self and your inner connection, if the purpose which led you “apart” is still clear and present, then allow it to unfold, at the rate you desire and trust that all is well for BOTH of you, and All-That-Is.

Again, the challenge comes when one member of the relationship aligns with a pace and a frequency or vibration, which is significantly faster or slower than the other.

You have, innately, your own frequency at which you vibrate.  You may not fully experience this when you are dis-allowing a full connection to your expanded self; but as blocks to clarity are removed and as the soul gains dominion in being your point of orientation, these natural frequencies appear and cannot be stifled, or adjusted significantly to keep pace with others, without significant negative experience within.

Let go and BE YOU.  Trust in that way of being and all that is attracted and aligned with it.  Love everything with curiosity and interest; expecting something wonderful to unfold and rejoice in your own function!  Celebrate the variety of our purposes and rates of unfolding.  Invite grace into your life to smooth all of this out, and simply let go.

Becoming the New Human requires you learn to live from your soul perspective, fully conscious of your innate power and connectedness, as well as clear and allowing your unique function.  The wisdom as to how to blend your function with All-That-Is, moment to moment and point to point will be clear from within; much of this happens without evening needing to ask—it is simply non-verbal, non-thought knowing which leads you.  You only need trust your heart and move toward peace and what feels good next to stay in sync with this natural personal power through awareness which is YOU.

Realize there is an enormous variance in our functions and frequency!  Let this be.  No.  Go further—love this!

For some their natural frequency is so rapid that what you experience as a lifetime is known in what you would call a moment.  {Can you imagine?  Ha!}  Since all lives are lived simultaneously, then any separation experienced is but a psychological one.  Your “future” personalities are as real as your “past” ones.  After a while, this will no longer concern you and you will live increasingly “in the flow” concentrated on the activity that is at each point, the perfect expression of your unique aspect blending and harmonizing with All-That-Is.

These messages, your inner sense of things, the mingling of reality and experience, these messages from one system to another occur in various ways continually, emerging in your experience in one guise or another—as inspiration of many kinds.  All are doorways.  The door to the soul is open, and it leads to all the dimensions of experience.

The soul stands both within and without the fabric of life as you know it.  It is your point of power, peace, clarity and connection.  I invite you to let go and be SOUL; be who you are.

The Presence of our Present

One of my favorite quotes (from the actor Woody Allen) is “Eighty percent of success is showing up.” Each lifetime is a way in which we show up, ready to complete a task begun long ago, to work through any karmic cycles which have the power to ensure our return for completion and transformation. While we may wonder why we do it, we volunteer to return because we know that every energetic opening we leave behind must be closed through our own healing. No one can heal, transmute or complete energies that we have left incomplete. And to do this we must be present in many ways, physically, emotionally, energetically, experientially and spiritually. Each of those levels of presence is important and without even one of them, we are not fully present in our life, our issues or our healing.

In each lifetime we are physically present for the work that we have to do and we accomplish this through our physical body which the earthly home we offer spirit. We may like or dislike our body, see it as a blessing or a challenge, and even wonder what accident of nature created the body we have but it is our vehicle for learning, growth, healing and transformation. So while our body is present on earth, it occupies physical space, when we do not like our body or find fault with it, we are not present within it. And this is one way that we under-utilize our presence.

Our emotional presence is a complicated jumble of a wide array of feelings from every lifetime we have ever experienced that we are consciously and unconsciously aware of, mostly the latter. What we know of our emotional presence is that we are always feeling some kind of emotional energy that we respond to according to how it affects us. What we do not know about this presence is the truth of how we are to use our emotional presence in a lifetime and without this knowledge we allow this aspect to become our most important presence and we live through it alone, creating an imbalance of emotional energy in our lives that leads to fear, pain and frustration. We need our emotional presence to re-create the energy of what we have come to heal as this is the energy of our karma.

Our energetic presence is the most under-utilized because allow our emotional presence to dominate it. Emotions are one aspect of our energy but there are many others. From a human perspective, our energetic presence is actually the most important because it determines how everything in our life unfolds and what we attract. When we are present in the emotional energy of an experience and do not incorporate the other aspects of our presence we are present in the emotions and nothing else. The emotions dominate to the exclusion of the higher vibrations of resolution and healing.

What is an experiential presence? It is how we participate in each experience. The people and situations we choose to engage with, the actions we take, choices we make, words we speak and energies we express and feel all relate to how we have chosen to experience a situation. And through our experience we can choose to raise our vibrations so we can experience life in a different way. But the experience itself has no value to us other than as a vehicle for learning. When we allow the experience to become the critical element we become present in the experience and all of its energies. Growth and learning occur when we remember the experience is a way to awaken other elements of our presence.

We also have the gift and choice of our spiritual presence. It is our gift because it is always with us, whether or not we acknowledge it and our choice because we choose to partner with it and receive guidance and wisdom instead of walking our earthly journey alone. Although it exists in the background, all of our other aspects of presence have no purpose without it for our lifetime is spiritual in purpose and context. Our many lifetimes exist on a spiritual continuum, in which our human incarnations are the practice field for our spiritual understanding. By bringing our spiritual understanding into all other aspects of our presence, we have wisdom to choose from our highest aspects and can then choose the highest vibrations of any energies.

We can be present, occupying a certain place in time and all of the other aspects of our presence are somewhere else. Our presence is where we are putting our energy. Think for a moment of where you are in this moment, are you present in what you are doing or thinking about something else. When you think about yourself, are you present in your thoughts or are you thinking about someone’s life, opinions or actions? Are you here in this moment or are you thinking about other things you must do or something that has happened in the past? So much of our presence is in the past, distracted, or focused somewhere else and that is why we have problems manifesting what we want—because we are not fully present in the energy of our manifestation.

This brings us back to the issue of wholeness, where we are fully connected to ourselves which also means we are fully connect to Source. When all of our aspects of presence are fully present, each contributes to the purpose of our life journey, which is to bring us back to wholeness within ourselves so we can be reconnected to Source.

This is just another aspect of our ascension journey and our willingness to achieve mastery. The journey to connection is about wholeness, within and without, so every aspect of our reality is filled with our presence and we are present within it. When we see our spiritual and material presence as being separate, we are not present spiritually in our physical form so we are missing an important component of our journey. Without wholeness we are simply taking space on the earth plane, engaging in experiences that do not result in growth and transformation. With the conscious joining of the spiritual and material, where all of our aspects are working in harmony we are gifting ourselves with spiritual understanding to make this a journey of growth and transformation instead of blindly wandering through life wondering whether we will ever find peace and fulfillment.
